Bad 1. Dirty. The owner should spend some money to scrub the toilets etc. 2. Terrible smell. The lift has a bad cockroach smell. Get a spray and get rid of those cockroaches please. Good 1. Near restaurants. 2. Spacious for the price.

This hotel is nearby Serdang Komuter station, Bus station, shopping center, lots of food restaurant nearby. The lift inside the hotel is very old and small. The room also small and not clean. But always fully book during weekend. Since not many hotel selection around the area, this might be the better choice.

The price in booking.com will differ because in booking.com, it is not charged for GST. if you are from kl sentral and wanted to go to Sun Inns 1, the lrt ride will cost you RM2.90. After reaching serdang station, cross the road using he overhead bridge. Overall, the hotel was decent and affordable. Nearest to serdang station. There is an iron board and iron to iron your clothes, water dispenser(hot and cold). What I like the most is the receptionists a re friendly,polite and efficient.

I stayed for two nights at the deluxe windowless room for RM75. Got a RM10 meal voucher than can only be used on weekdays ONLY. I was there on a weekend. Why even bother giving me? The room is so small. Not enough space to even pray. My body got itchy once in a while laying in that bed. The aircon has a minimum temperature of below 18C but it feels like 25C. TV has no clear channels. I had to fine tune every channel myself. And even after that the quality is barely watchable. 2 star for the decent WiFi and near a train station.
