This hotel is comfortable for guest who are on business. The hotel location is near MAEPS which at the moment is hosting the Kuala Lumpur International Book Fair annually. It is also beside Giant Supermarket. The vicinity also has a lot of shops and eateries.

The room is comfortable and clean. It has a nice feature wall. There is no wardrobe though. The wifi connection is very good and strong. TV channels are normal with HBO.

Check in was a breeze and the service was good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended and value for money(if the price remains)

Stayed there as I was there to go to Putrajaya for an official assignment on a Sunday Morning at 4am.

Hotel rates are very reasonable. Rooms are expected to be small.

Amenities can be improved.
The showers are using home style water heaters.

Toilet door is very close to the bed and at times cant close properly from the outside.

Suitable for transit or touch and go.

Location is convenient to airport and Putra or Cyber Jaya.

But to the town or city for tourist. Too far and transportation will cost 25-50RM via uber.

Security is good.

Impassive female malay lady receptionists. Clean room. Superior Queen Room with spacious space. No bad smell in the room. Everything is good. Breakfast included but A-la-carte options. Reasonable price with those conditions of room. Air-conditioner cold enough. Only the location a bit far away from the city.

Had 2 nites stay here...really surprise with the quality, great service and great WiFi... No kidding, really high speed Internet. Worth all the money, near to giant and aeon...so never worry about groceries and food. Not located at very ideal location but still would recommend to others if you planned to stay in serdang or seri kembangan

Clean, comfort and safe. The staffs were very friendly. Worth paid as the room very clean even limited space to perform prayer for Muslim. Large bathroom area. The prices also affordable, if you booking online its might be a bit cheaper that walk in. But walk in prices already affordable.

We stayed here for 1 night before transfer to the airport. Excellent room for the price range. All basic amenities are available including lift. The one thing can improve is to provide filtered water.

The staffs very friendly and courteous. Very clean and worth the money. Budget hotel that is above par. Will come to stay next visit. A close to Putrajaya. There is a hypermart near by but not many eateries around. Limited parking space during daytime.

For the price of this room I can't really complain much. The staff were courteous, nice and helpful. The room was small but that was ok as it was for one night and I was alone. The room was clean, the shower room was ok (bit of staining around the toilet hinges) and the shower itself could have been stronger and warmer. Decorations were fine and the room has modern, clean feel. I was happy with the good aircon, quick wifi and comfortable bed. HOWEVER the main issue was with noise. There was a large family staying with the hotel and them knocking on each other's door and talking in the corridor was 100% audible. In the neighbouring room you could hear the talking, Tv and pulling things in and out of plug sockets. I happened to be on interview and the hotel kindly provided 2 irons and ironing boards to iron my shirt the morning of the interview however the irons actually had some residue on the surface whereby it left a burnt sticky stain on my shirt!! (Yes I definitely know how to iron and on what setting). Overall if you are travelling alone and don't mind noise then this is the place for you.

I shall give 3 over 5 star for them.
There is a good thing and some minor thing that they need to upgrade..

-Good Hospitality
-Friendly staffs. Always smiling and replying our Q's with manners!
-Very clean and complete room (small fridge, security box, complete toiletteries)
-Near to Giant shopg Mall, stalls, easy to find food there.
-no breakfast for walk-in check in. Its not fair because when i see the online price for booking and walk in is the same!
-there is some misunderstanding because the first staff said that we cn have our bfast.but when we ask for it next morning the other staff said that its only for online booking.
-the room hv cigaratte smell.so bad until we need to ask for a spray.next morning even after the housekeeping, the smell is still there.

Dear Aussie, It's quite expensive to hire a taxi, or you may go by Uber. You might go to Serdang KTM by Uber, then take the train from Serdang to Bandar Tasik Selatan, then you can take KLIA2 Express to the airport. It will cost around RM40-RM60 per person. Time roughly will take 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. You might go to Serdang KTM by Uber, then take the train from Serdang to KL Sentral, there is a lot of shuttle bus to KLIA/KLIA2. It will take more longer time.
