Good option to spend time away from hustle bustle of city to relax and recharge the body and mind. This isolated holiday villa is about 20 min. Boat / riady ride upsyream of River ftom Kuala Tahan Jetty. Though the rainy season of January may not bring too many tourist to the place but then you have wholeproperty to your... More

Unique location, as it's 15 minutes up river from Kuala Tahan village. You really feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. We booked a river view cottage for 4Days, 3Nights and were sad to leave. The staff is very friendly, but only a few speak good english. A new receptionist just started, she's lovely and helpful. We had... More

So this place has very basic accommodation. The rooms are a good size and clean, shower room is very basic and a bit tatty. The location is nice but you need to rely on the boat service to get you back and the last boat is 6.20 pm. This meant that we were unable to do the night safaris, etc;... More

The hotel is far away from Kuala tahan, that's a pro because it's very peacefull, but it's also a big con. The last boat from The village goes at 6 pm, so you must eat in The hotel (or drive a terrible road in The dark, no taxi's). The breakfast is not very Good, The rooms look very very neglected... About 15 minutes boat ride upstream from Kuala Tahan, Nusa camp is away from the noise of village life, boat engines & the loud mosque. The forest surrounding the camp is intact & good for wildlife. Sadly the roadworks about 500m behind the camp have cut a lot of primary forest down, but there are still good walks to Abai... More

If you want to stay in the middle of nowhere, this is your spot. Its great for the adventure traveler and I would absolutely stay there again. (although I would never bring my girlfriend there) That being said, the rooms are crap, outdated and of course dirty because you are in the middle of the freaking jungle. Dont expect good... More

We've spent there three nights in the Nusa Village and it was quite Ok. The rooms are absolutly dirty and need a renovation. Staff is friendly but not very intelligent. We have had to explain a lot of things to them. I think maybe the two girls were to young for such a service. The location in the middle of... More

Located some 10 min upstream by boat from Kuala Tahan village, this is the ultimate jungle lodge experience. Accessible only by canoe-boat juggling its way up the river rapids, be sure to arrive before 6pm at the Kuala Tahan jetty, as the last boat to Nusa village leaves then. The resort is perched up on the river banks and provides... More

This place is simply awesome. Its a short boat ride from the main "town" Kuala Tahan, but it is definatly worth it. Its feels like your in the middle of the jungle! The rooms are nice and cosy. Plenty of space and is very clean. They have air con and our room was overlooking the river. Stunning! The staff are... More

Good facilities, nice room, good food, friendly staff (even when they somewhat bumped into you at a bus station when you have already left the resort), knowledgeable about the forest (5 star guide!) and comfortable eco friendly setting.
