Stunning is the only word I can use. Service standards are excellent where the customer really does come first. Restaurants are amazing and such a refreshingly simple way of booking. Stand out service from the lady taking orders around the main pool ( unfortunately didn’t catch her name). If you visit this hotel you will not be disappointed

We have just returned from a 10 day second visit to the Ikos Oceania and yet again, it was amazing. The staff are the best and nothing is too much trouble. We ate at all the a la carte restaurants, our favourite being the Beach Club for both lunch and dinner. It has a great ‘holiday’ vibe, good food and excellent service. The team are a credit to the hotel - in particular Angela and Eri. The restaurants offer a wonderful selection of wines and we particularly enjoyed the Ikos Cellar rose. We will definitely return next year. Our hope is that Ikos may open an adult only resort in the future which would really be the icing on the cake.

Where do I start!! This hotel definitely has the WOW factor. Arrived last weekend, around 9pm. Greeted at the entrance and the lovely Elsa checked us in. Given a glass of prosecco and given a brief talk about the hotel from the lovely Mary. Our luggage was taken to our rooms and on entry we was very pleased. A bottle of champagne was in our room along with a bowl of fruit as it was my big birthday. Lovely touch. Everything in the room you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Bath robes, slippers, lovely toiletries, iron, ironing board. Coffee maker and tea facilities. Ready stocked mini bar consisting of spirits ( in mini bottles) wine, beer, fizzy drinks and water. All restocked daily. Loved a glass of wine on the balcony of an evening taking in the view and sunsets before heading for dinner. Room was cleaned spotlessly everyday with a turn down service. We was rooms 3019 and 3020, with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The pillows are perfect and was the big bed and lovely sheets. Always had a perfect nights sleep. Lovely shower and bathroom. Weather was great, mixed with sun and clouds, a few drizzles (and I mean drizzles of rain lasting about 5 minutes, and it was HOT, so please dont listen to the weather appts as they were all wrong the whole 8 days we was there. All pools are spotless. Waiters and waitresses never left us without a drink, they work extremely hard, ensuring you are well looked after. The sun beds are lovely, comfortable and we all often dozed off under the parasol. Beach area is perfect. Really clean. Lots of water sport activities, we loved the pedalo's. Can walk out in certain parts of the ocean and it went really shallow and very warm. Loved the beach. We mainly stayed around the main pool or beach. Adult pool was nice but just slightly too quiet for us. Never once did we have trouble in getting sunbeds. The beach buddies would take our towels every morning and place them on the sunbeds we had chosen. If you want snacks around your sunbed, just ask, nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks. Well what can I say, I am well travelled, and the Oceania is one of the best hotels we have dined in for all inclusive. We enjoyed every meal, which I will give more detail on. The drinks are all branded, just ask and you will receive. We had our first lunch in Provence, views are to die for, service second to none and lovely food. We ate in Anaya first, which in my opinion was the best. Had the Thai yellow curry...its a must!! Service in there was so efficient. My husband likes a sparkling wine, I like a dry and my sister and husband enjoy prosecco, all of which we could choose from the menu, as the same in all the restaurants. We then went on to dine in Ouzo, Fresco and the beach club. Loved them all. But of the latter 3, we loved Ouzo, where we would mainly also have our breakfast and lunch. Flavours was also great, with lots of variety, again the staff where there to cater you every need. We did ate in the snack bar one afternoon, after going into the local town, and loved the chicken caesar salad and toasties for a light snack. Service in all of the restaurants was 1st class. And again I reiterate the drink menu is to a vast extent. We also done the dine out to the Erodios restaurant. Food and service was great in there, with lovely views. Taken to and picked up with no problems. Entertainment, was good. Watched some good singers in the lobby bar. Never tried the main entertainment, as it was inside and I like to watch the entertainment outside. This is the only thing that let the hotel down slightly, as they could do with another outside drinking area for the evening as the lobby bar did get quite packed. We had the tesla for the day. We had breakfast in ouzo and left around 9am. We firstly drove to some beautiful beaches, including Psakoudia and Salonokios. We then went to the Ikos Olivia for lunch and a look about. The service there was not a patch on the Oceania, and all 4 of us agreed that. It was very slow, no interaction with any staff. We got served warm wine and beer, so the waitress brought out glasses of ice!!! Who puts ice in beer!!! The Olivia seems to be more geared up for children than the Oceania. Yes, it is beautiful and modern but does not offer the views Oceania does and it is set out on a flatter service ( easier to walk about in Olivia especially for people with mobility issues or young children). The beach for me, is much nicer at Oceania. Overall, I am so happy we chose the Oceania, as was toying which one to book. And I suppose if we had of chose the Olivia, we would of been none the wiser with the service we would of received at the Oceania. We then drove onto Sani, Pefkohori and Paliouri, all of which are a must. The Tesla was an added bonus and we got to see a bit more of Halkidiki. We got back shattered and room service was ordered that night. All in all, a fabulous day. My husband and brother in law went out on the electric bikes, exploring the nearby surroundings, they had a fab day. Me and my sister had a girly pamper day, so win win all round. The spa is gorgeous and you'll be well looked after there. Now the staff, what can I say. The most loveliest I have ever encountered in a hotel. All of them do a great job and they clearly love their job, which shows in the level of service they give the guests. The main pool guys are superb, all of them Grecian, Superman - apologies for not remembering all their names, but we love you all, you do a fantastic job, the lovely waitresses too, who endlessly ask if everything is ok and would we like another prosecco or beer. Anna and the lovely ladies in Ouzo. Also to Stavros who would ask us every day if everything was running smoothly. To the endless calls from reception asking if there was anything we needed, and if there was, it was dealt with immediately. Our door lock had broke and maintenance where there in minutes and fixed. Ikos Oceania, you really do have the best staff ever, I cannot fault anyone of them, and I really wish I could remember all the names, but they are all so lovely, from reception, to cleaners, to pool guys, to waiters/waitresses (around the pool and in the restaurants) to gardeners, to management. Overall, we have had the best relaxing holiday, and we are all so sad to be home. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you all for making it so special xx

We visited the IKOS hotel in September with friends. The IKOS Group was recommended to us and Wow we were not disappointed. The hotel is set on a hillside with some excellent restaurants and facilities. The team who work there were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food choice and quality in all restaurants was excellent. The resort was spotlessly clean. We had one concern in relation to a food allergy which the management (the guest relations Manager Elsa and the resort manager Dimitris) promptly resolved without hesitation. This did not spoil our visit hence the 5 star rating and we will certainly visit IKOS Resorts again. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Where should you start? The Oceania offers a special service. We have already visited 5 star hotels in Greece, but this hotel is the best! We can't mention anything additional that isn't already in the reviews. The fact that it is difficult to get a room at Oceania speaks for itself! We would like to thank everyone for the excellent service and please keep it up! Visit it and have your own experience, we will definitely fly there again in 2024!

Return visit to Oceania and another fabulous holiday. Service is what really puts this hotel above many others, although the facilities are excellent. The people who you don’t see but work behind the scenes deserve a special mention as they are the ones who make sure everything works. That being said Emma and Angie in the Beach club, Chrissa in Provence, Maria in Fresco and Stefani and Olga in Ouzo all go above and beyond combining brilliant service whilst leaving you feeling you have eaten with friends. Also many thanks to Alex and Vangelis for ensuring we all had a holiday to remember and counting the days until we return. Would recommend this resort to all.

This was our second visit to the Oceania, our first being in 2021 just after COVID. We have also visited the Aria in 2019 and the Dassia in May 2023. Really what can I say, the Oceania is wonderful with the most dedicated and exceptional staff you could ever wish to meet. Every single staff member we came into contact with were so helpful and could not do enough for you. Check in was really relaxed and we were greeted with sparkling wine and a cold towel and then given details of the resort. We arrived before 1.00 pm and our rooms were not ready but were assured that they would be ready at 3.00 pm (which is the normal check in time). We just relaxed on the wonderful terrace of the lobby bar and had a few drinks. We had booked 2 junior suites and the rooms were great for 2 people but a little cramped for the other 3 people in our party due to having to use the sofa bed which obviously takes up quite a bit of space. Rooms were kept immaculately clean by housekeeping, we had turndown service every night and the mini bar was refilled daily, apart from 1 day. This wasn't a problem and after sending a message to the E Concierge missing items were brought to the room within 10 minutes - excellent service. We ate in all the restaurants including the buffet and found them all to be very good. I did feel that a lot of the starters were fish and as a non-fish eater it would have been nice if there were another couple of meat choices. Having said that, there were very good meat choices as main courses. The sweets are also to die for! We did eat at Akti - one of the dine out options but unfortunately did not find this to be as good quality as the hotel. We maybe just picked the wrong evening as the restaurant was extremely busy. The whole resort is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. We loved our days on the beach and also used the main pool. Service around both is exceptional. I think what makes this resort stand out are the staff who I cannot praise enough. Every member of staff seems to genuinely want to ensure you have the be best experience ever. Unfortunately I did not manage to write down every name but did manage to scribble down a few: The wonderful Despina and Blazka on the beach - absolutely brilliant at keeping you hydrated all day. Theofilos, Vasilis, Indigo - thank you. Angela in the lobby bar - thank you and cannot believe you knew my room number on day 2 when I couldn't even remember it. Management should be so proud of every single member of their wonderful staff. Thank you Ikos for yet another fantastic holiday.

The IKOS concept is really amazing, and one like no other. A completely stress free holiday. From arrival to departure, everything was taken care of for us. The food in all the restaurants was fantastic, and the staff could not have done more to make the experience better. There are 5 restaurants to choose from - all as wonderful as the next and being able to have food either in a restaurant at lunch, or around the pool/ beach area was a lovely daily decision to make. Be warned, you will come back home a little heavier than when you left! The rooms are a little tired -however this is not a brand new hotel, and you are not spending much time in your room. There are plenty of daily activities included such as Pilates/ watersports/ yoga and tennis. Some of these need to be pre booked, but the whatsapp concierge service and IKOS app are really helpful in sorting these things out for you. The complimentary car for the day is a nice touch and enabled us to have a look around the local area. We will definitely be returning again next year.

Where to Start???. This hotel is beyond exceptional. From arrival to departure every whim you have will be catered for. On our arrival we were greeted with sparkling wine and a cool refreshing towel. We were then fully briefed on the resort, activities, restaurants ect. We arrived early so had some lunch whilst our room was made ready. The room itself was clean, bright and comfortable with a good selection of drinks in the mini bar. The restaurants in this hotel are OUTSTANDING, food is prepared to order and its fresh tasty and plentiful. Something you desire thats not on the menu?? ASK and it magically is served to you !. The pool bar staff are brilliant especially Dina and Irena from the aqua pool Im sure I tormented the hell out of them but all in good banter of course. Every member of staff we came into contact with was polite courteous and efficient. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide I can HONESTLY say this has got to be one of the top ranking ones. & nights there is not long enough I did not want to come home. Finances permitting we will return in 2024. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us and for the obviously great management team that hold it all together. David and Lorna (rm 4116)

Everything about Ikos is beautiful. The resort is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The food is amazing. So much choice and all great quality. Even the Flavours buffet is awesome. Drinks and wine great. However it is the staff who make your holiday extra special. Everyone was so friendly and lovely. Too many to mention. They are all so happy to serve you. Thank you IKOS
