The highlight of Sossusvlei is getting to the salt flats and dunes at the end of the road (Sossusvlei, Dead Vlei) for sunrise. The ONLY place you can do this is the campground or the Dune lodge, as they the only lodging inside the park....More

yes Clara you can travel as a solo woman and you will get to sossusvlei without any problems,all you need is a four wheel vehicle (4x4) since our roads are gravel and it will be helpful if you intent to do a self drive which... More
