We stayed here for one night as a stopover before catching a flight home the following morning This is a Chinese style hotel and very dated, We arrived late evening and had to carry our heavy cases up a very steep set of stairs to...More
Affordable price for one night including airport pickup and drop-off. Room is minimally sufficient but not recommended for long stay. Windows are not sound proof and street noise is pretty extreme if you get a room with windows facing the street.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are looking for confusion and headaches. Staffs at this hotel speaks little to no English which makes communicating very difficult. This hotel is about making $$$$ and careless about customer satisfaction. Staffs over charge us...More
We usually stay at this hotel in when in Bangkok for a few days. Its a short taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are always clean with a nice interior and strong air conditioner. There is free wifi and a free breakfast. They have...More
Whilst the hotel was clean, the décor is outdated and sadly needs renovating. Repairs have been done, but not to a high standard. When we were there, I thought we were the only ones in attendance. Meal was average and lack of English made conversing...More

We also arrived very early in the morning, we emailed the hotel with our flight details, and they gave instructions for the pick up point in the airport, and then when we arrived very tired at the hotel they had our checkin paperwork ready and keys to the room etc, so we were in bed quite quickly after our arrival at the hotel

if you email the hotel, they will send their own hotel vehicle to collect you. From memory, you go to level 1 between gates 3 and 4 where you will find a lot of drivers waiting for pickups. There will be a sign with your name on it. Tell the supervisor you are there and they will ring the hotel to pick you up. About 10 mins or so wait. yes there is a fee, but it is minimal and cheaper than taxis. The hotel is on the outskirts of the airport but you need to go out to a ring road to get to the hotel, which is close as the crow flies, but longer by road.
