With constant video chats,throughout her stay I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

The whole hotel needs refurbished
The only decent part were the restaurant and bar staff and Cyprus of course
If you still decide to go, phone your rep as soon as you access your room etc and she'll arrange to move you to a better hotel usually within 2hrs
Hire a car to explore as they drive on the same side as us and there's hardly any traffic there.
