Lovely family-run hotel, with as much charm and character inside as outside. Friendly staff who gave great service. Comfortable and clean rooms with great views. Excellent food with tip top table service.

We have just had our daughters wedding reception at Oakwood hall and we cannot praise the staff and the venue highly enough. From when we arrived to canopies and presence after the church service we were met with professional staff who made everything special and efficient. The wedding breakfast was enjoyed by everybody and was served hot on hot plates...

My partner and I stayed here for one night. The room was dated and furniture distressed. We had a four poster bed, but the drapes were hanging off in places which made it look messy. The tea and coffee area was old, we couldn't find the kettle which was on the floor as it wouldn't reach the table. The bathroom...

We enjoyed our stay in this magnificent building; it was nice to have the opportunity to see inside an old country house. It feels secluded, bound by trees and tall hedging, yet is near to other houses. The garden and patio area is small but relaxing and peaceful. Our room was fine and comfortable with plenty of room. There did...

Very upset to have very poor service on drinks & buffet after a funeral. The staff weren't ready despite us arriving 15min late. No greeting drinks and very poor quality, old fashioned buffet. No appologies to the organiser despite written complaint

Poor service, high prices, awful food. What can I say? I was there for a wedding, and they were obviously not prepared, as there was only 1 person behind the bar, so you had to wait a long time to be served. I nearly choked when I got a bitt for the drinks. WOW! Expensive!! At £85 a night for...

Lovely old hotel. Could have stayed at Premier Inn for the same price and I wish I had done. I would have had a good nights sleep or my money back. I had room 5. The bed was terrible. I never slept a wink. So much so I had to see what I was lying on - I could feel...

Enjoyed our stay in a very spacious room on the top floor. Stayed for 2 nights, before and after our daughter's wedding at East Riddlesden Hall. The building is very impressive, bed was comfortable, staff very helpful and great breakfast. Would stay again as really liked its individuality.

Stayed there for just one night. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that the beds in our twin room were very small and narrow. If you were over 6 ft your feet would be hanging out the end of the bed!

Stayed here for one night and attended a wedding held at the hotel. By far the best wedding venue I have ever experienced; everything was faultless. The venue was stunning and the food was fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough to help and were really friendly. The room itself was very nice, clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed....
