Hotel was clean and staff very friendly & accommodating. Only negative was breakfast: it was average and they could use really replace the cooked meat- ick. But everything else was excellent. The family suite was a perfect option for our family of 4 with a ton of space for us to spread out- my son even got to stay in...

We stayed here in July during a heatwave for 4 days,we were on a Riveria Tour. The hotel is beautiful with very large rooms and very spacious bathroom. Being old the building was well built with thick walls with resulted in it being very cool dispute it being over 40 outside we were able to sleep without the A/C. Sleeping...

Very good large bedroom that was nicely decorated. Main areas of the hotel were also well presented and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Hotel has a small indoor swimming pool and also a spa but even hotel residents had to pay 18 euros a day to use them! Hotel has a good bar with a great outside...

Modern hotel which was immaculate. Lovely large, bright room tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Good breakfast choice and dinner was good on more than one occasion. Set in a quiet upper part of the town although there were a couple of bars nearby to have a night cap.

Unfortunately I only stayed there one night on business and didn't really have an opportunity to avail myself of all the services including the spa which sounded amazing. The architecture and physical layout of the hotel itself was completely Italian. As an American who usually travels to Asia; I was enchanted with the old world charm this hotel exudes. The...

Very pretty hotel with a modern touch. The restaurant is very good and a great spa to relax (small fee access the spa). The rooms are very comfortable and well kept. The staff is warm and helpful. The hotel is located in the old town and very quiet as no cars are allowed in the area.

Hotel is very elegant and charming! Personel is helpful and speak English very well. Typical Italian breakfast is what you need after a night with a glass or two with Tuscan wines! Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed! There is a public parking about 100m away from the Hotel, stuff will guide you.
