We had a host for the evening and he was great fun- introducing the puddings and telling us the rules {you have to finish all your pudding before others at the table -or you- can try another one} The tables were communal so we had fun getting to know the other diners. The food was good - the main was...

We visited the Pudding Club a Fathers Day present belatedly taken. Although we had a pleasant evening, we sat down at 8ish and had the fish cake savoury, which was very overdone to a crisp in fact and only the centre edible on several of our table and had been kept warm for a long period. The puddings were delicious...

This was indeed divine for anyone who loves chocolate. We were warmly greeted and served with hot drinks and a chocolate cookie on arrival ( hot chocolate and cookie were excellent!). We then had a demonstration and tasting session which was information and very entertaining. This was followed by a three course lunch; the selection was fantastic, good portion sizes,...

Nice if compact double/twin, recently & stylishly decorated. Pleasant lounge, convenient car park, Food was excellent, nice dinner even though we arrived late. Good breakfast with wide selection of unusual jams & marmalades: definitely the better end of 3*. The bar and restaurant clearly attract non-residents - always a good sign. Traditional English puddings are a speciality of this hotel

Went here as part of the pudding club evening. The hotel was extremely welcoming can't praise them enough. Had a weekend booked with family back in September but because I had to go in for an operation had to change the date. They was more than helpful in changing the booking for me which was a very stressful time. The...

We stayed in the Spotted Dick & Custard room and attended the pudding Club on the Friday night. I was expecting something quite special especially for the price which was £600. for the Friday and Saturday nights with a lazy Sunday offer of £95. making the price £695. for 3 nights. When we checked in we felt a little rushed...

Enjoyed our stay as part of a pudding club evening (see separate review under hotel restaurant). Nice comfortable hotel with cosy feel. Liked: log fires, largish room, locally sourced breakfast, Molton brown toiletries, puzzles and scrabble in lounge, garden, free parking, offer cooked to order smoked haddock or kippers for breakfast, staff are friendly and work very hard Could do...

We stayed for one night and opted to eat in the restaurant. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and very clean and we had a great nights sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and the pudding was amazing (sticky toffee). We had coffee in the lounge by the fire which...

I heard about the Pudding Club a few years back and always wanted to try it. I am a great pudding buff and actually tend to rate my restaurants experiences rather on the deserts than the main courses. I have to say that the lady in charge of the evening was great fun and set up the ambience rather well....

From the moment we walked in and smelt the log fire we felt welcome, The Three Ways House Hotel is a typical stone built Cotswold mansion with a pleasant modern bar, comfortable rooms and a top notch restaurant inside it. The service at dinner was excellent - no waiting around to be shown to the table, water offered promptly, able...
