My friend & I used to stay at Mankinholes nearly every weekend in the mid 50s.It must have changed a lot since then, we always found a great welcome there.Good to see it is getting reviews after all these years.
Slightly tired, and not very pretty to look at - more old-school YHA than the posh-stops so many hostels are becoming - Mankinholes YHA is nevertheless really great value and a lovely place to stay.
