I stayed at the Hotel Empire for one night only. The shared accommodation was comfortable, but the toilet and shower were in the same room as a large number of beds. It was an electric toilet, so every use was accompanied by a lot of noise. I didn't use the shower so can't comment. The breakfast was good, WiFi free...

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for a weekend of sun and fun in Scheveningen. I am not that used to the bunk bed kind of places, but this exceeded my expectations as, even though you shared the room with many people, you still have a bit of privacy in the bed, due to a small...

The location couldn't be closer to the beach making for a very relaxing couple of days! The rooms are fairly small and the shared bathroom is a minor annoyance for the price but the breakfast is...

They would come in your room each morning and replace your bedding, vacuum and scrub the sinks. I got sick during my stay and they found a doctor for me within walking distance. It was...

It remains disconcerting that someone can be so callous in attitude to risk destroying a once in a lifetime holiday by his or her actions - or perhaps lack of it. We were enjoying a...

* The hotel offers a unique blend of Dutch village living & beach life style. * It is so reasonably priced-for the large room/central location and complimentary typicaly Dutch breakfast. * We stayed 10 days, travelled around and then came back for another 3 days. * Perhaps the best feauture of the hotel is the Manager Eric, ever willing to...
