Was looking forward to a great stay as representative promoted the hotel with great expectations... but, from the minute we checked in...issues started: * At checking, price discussed included only 2 nights as rep stated 3 days...we in turned viewed 3 days as nights, wrong assumption. Not sure who's fault oh well. * No telephone in rooms * No Wi-Fi...

Great place to getaway, relax, dine, and enjoy the natural hot baths. The rooms had older furniture but it was very clean, roomy and with good AC system. What I liked about the rooms is that they had its own little porch that made it look like a home. It was great to relax - get away from the city...

When I arrived I saw that it was a very beautiful place and I enjoyed the scenery. The problem that I had was when I entered the pool area. I went to enter the pool and saw how disgustingly dirty it was from top to bottom. I didn't understand why there wasn't anyone there cleaning it or if it had...

Cleanliness very good Service good Rooms poor Directions to get there good Once you get there, there's nothing to do. No restaurant, no bar. Parking average Price very good The hot pool should be smaller like a yakuzzi. It's looks like a swimming pool

In these days I went to the hotel to use the facilities of the pool. I was very impressed that from $7.00 I paid last year during the month of June 2013, it was raised to $10.00. So I thought the facility had improved. No changed had been done. The same rooms that were under construction last year were still...

I don't know what people expect from remote locations? This place was great. Clean and good food and fun nearby. Rooms were plain and a little over priced but location es mucho bueno. Public spring full of nice people and lodging pools were great. Iguanas and birds everywhere. Don't park under trees. Poop happens.

Very hard to rate because it's not a luxury resort or typical hotel. People go here for the thermal mineral bath which is very old and is believed to have healing properties. The thermal waters are pumped into a small pool on the grounds. The Parador's grounds are interesting because they've been there for a couple centuries, located on a...

“Rooms are very basic, all rooms the same I think. People don't go there for luxury rooms. Centuries old thermal bath on site. Lovely century old dining room on site and also an outdoor bar/cantina but these may or may not be open. Bakery and golf course up the road. In a pretty, hilly area. I think it's pet friendly, last time we were there I think there was a couple with a dog, but confirm before going there. Very off the beaten path. I selected April 2013 because that was the earliest available date but I think the last time we were there was 2012.”
