Not a welcoming hotel, though the rooms were clean. As we were in a group of 23 travellers we were put in a back room away from the atmosphere of the main restaurant and were served on 4 evenings by two very rude and uninterested male waiters/barmen. They almost threw the plates of food at us and were not pleasant... More

This is a 1970s era hotel that has not been renovated since it was built. The owners are Russian, and the hotel caters to a Russian clientele. Cleanliness & housekeeping is not up to Swiss standards. Very few staff speak English. The management has a habit of turning off the heating in the building at about 11PM and not turning... More

I was surprised by the hearty breakfast in such ordinary 3* hotel - the russian couple running this place at the foot of the glacier Aletsch arena offers even a warm corner + a great choice of classic morning breads, cheeses, juices, etc... They should work a bit harder on cleanliness: in my room there was some weird smell upon... More

Stayed here for two nights, hotel room was comfortable, had a good night sleep, we had a stunning view from our balcony. Breakfast and dinner was lovely. The hotel also has a sauna which was amazing after a cold rainy day. The hotel also within walking distance to the sky lift which takes you up to the top of the... More

The Hotel is located far from the train station about 10 min. walking. The Hotel is near the Cable station to Eggishorn. The City is beautiful Alpine and quiet. - The breakfast is very good, you should pay more CHF13.00 but it is OK. - The single room is very good , clean and no smell. Value for the Money.... More

Stayed at the Hotel Fiescherhof for two nights on Sept 20-21, 2015. Location is about 10 miles north of Brig in a beautiful Alpine valley. Room had a balcony facing the town with mountain view. Not a five star hotel but a very good value for the money and much more enjoyable than staying in the bustle of Brig. Room... More

Accommodation very good, English speaking staff very friendly, food very good. Stayed for six nights recently, as a coach driver with a party of school children from the UK, could not fault this hotel. It is ideal for families or groups. One of the best hotels I have stayed in during my 35 years of coach driving.

Fiesch was fantastic. It was so beautiful. The Hotel was nice. Beds were comfy. The views were stunning. Location was brilliant with access to the cable car. Only slight negative would be the staff on reception. When I checked in I had to wait 25 minutes as no-one was on reception. When checking out there was no one on reception... More

To reserve at this hotel, I emailed them and they gave me a better rate compared to booking.com. They did not ask for any credit card details to secure the reservation. All they wanted to know was our address and my full name. When we arrived at the hotel, there were no cars. The fellow behind the desk could not... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a hiking vacation through the Swiss Alps. This was during the summer (low season) and we welcomed very warmly.
