Greetings Traveelers,
Just to share my very recent experienced staying in this hotel.
Rate 1 to 10 with higher number is better.

1. Hotel Rate being the CNY 1st day = 8.5 (USD 33)
2. Room size = 9
3. Cleanliness = 9
4. Mattress and bed size = king Size and good quality. Not that soft and good. Rate = 9
5. Shower with hot water and good water pressure =9.5
6. Toilet cleanliness = 9 it's clean and comes with ventilation
7. Breakfast is provided but limited choice = 5
8. Parking is front of the hotel and has a nite security. =10
9. Set back are, room has no window and you wouldn't know what time is it...set your own alarm...rate = 3
10. AC is good.... = 9.5

Overall the hotel is simple, yet it is clean and the room has all the basic necessity. No wardrobe and safety box but it's a budget hotel so not to expect.
To stay for a nite or 2 this would be a good place.
The AC, mattress, wifi , shower pressure, lighting and space is neat and good!
Surrounding amenities is like 5-10 minutes walking distance.

I do hope my quick and brief review helps and please rate if you find this review helpful or otherwise for my future write up.
Let me know what other key info you need for my future reviews.
Happy traveling and be safe...Spirit36

paid for RM110 per night on Public Holiday / peak period.
room is cleaned and with decent space and needed amenities.
the bed and pillows are great to my liking, firm bed with the right height.
overall the hotel is seems new and parking is not a problem.
you have hot and cold water dispenser plus ironing at the corridor.
breakfast is simple and more to asian style.
area to improve: receptionist product knowledge and capability to speak in simple english, supply of hot water - inconsistency, food quality.

but you don't have your own transport, you may have some challenges in moving around.
shopping mall is at least 0.5km away from the hotel.
food - yes, there is a nice Thailand food restaurant next to the hotel, its opens during the dinner.

in room WiFi..hmmnn i having problem to login in and i stay with my teleco provider

The price is fairly reasonable given the amenities provided - in room phone, in room coffee, free mineral water, flat screen tv, free wifi and fairly large bath room.

The next most important aspect of the hotel would be the cleanliness. This is where this hotel slacks a bit as there is a long strand of hair left over from previous guest and I saw a cockroach crawling in my room floor.

The breakfast was not fantastic. But I cant complain much for the price they are charging me.

Next to the hotel is a nice Thai restaurant. The food there is good too. Besides this there are not much choice of food near the hotel. The hotel does provide room service and there is a house restaurant that sells Vietnam food.

Free breakfast but not much variety.. Half boiled eggs but end up as hard boiled. Dirty enviroment with flies.. The worst part was the service.. The staff can even told me that if I'm not happy with him can complaint anytime. He mentioned that way as if he don't care about the services or his job. Will never come back again.

I've called his one of his new staff for booking and i inform that we would like to check in afternoon, and we might extend the booking for 3 days! Bur just book for one day first is enough, however the new stuff booked for 3 days and when we decided to check out after one night stay, the manager charged us extra RM50 for the deposit. and he mentioned that the staff booked 3 days therefore RM50 is the cancellation fee! It is unfair to us as due to the staff problem. Firstly i just mentioned i might need to extend to 3 days but never said i confirm book for 3 days!
2nd, I only confirmed with the staff to book for one day.
3rd, our cancellation is at 9.33 morning and we checked out AT MORNING BEFORE 12PM.

Due to the staff mistakes, we as a customer have to bear for the cost. Not reasonable at all!!

Im complaining is about the staff. The stuff is not well trained.

I've stayed in this hotel for a few times and I dare say for the price you pay it's worth it. It's located opposite a hospital and a 5 mins walk to a shopping centre. The receptionist are friendly and very helpful.

The room is comfortable thou a bit dimly lit, there's nice showers, decent amount of space. They even have family rooms for larger families. There's even WiFi service at all floors. It's RM90 per night for standard rooms and RM160 per night for the family room, during weekends (Fri and Sat) the price goes up to RM110 and RM180 respectively.

Recommended for anyone who wants to find a good place to stay in SP.

Well, it's cheap so it's just the basics for a transient visitor. The first room given to me has a bathroom that was flooded. I'm not sure if the housekeeping noticed that. The walls are paper thin so that everytime somebody from other room opens their door, i thought it was mine.

"Walls are a bit thin, so expect to hear your neighbour; worse with interconnecting door. My room with interconnecting door - I could hear everything my neighbour discussed. I mentioned to the receptionist that my neighbours were a bit noisy, he smiled knowingly. If you are particular, then tell them you want a room with NO inter-connecting door."
