In addition to being a cozy cabin hotel with wonderful views, it had the best customer service. We had to leave the park 1 day early due to unexpected injury. Hotel del Paine was very accommodating and helpful in moving our reservation 1 day sooner. The setup is there are four separate units per one cabin building, and each cabin...

I found sorting through lodging options for Torres del Paine extremely confusing and frustrating. There's not a lot of good info online on what is what and the lay of the land, so making a choice is hard. Now having been there I totally get it! I initially wanted to stay inside the park itself (this hotel is like a...

Terrible 5 km stretch to the hotel. Only go if you have an off-road vehicle. Dinner is expensive at 37 usd per person & yet was not good. Better to stay in centre of the park. The park is beautiful though & worth going back again.

I am not sure if this review will make it on TripAdvisor, because my flights were cancelled on the way down to Chile from the USA, but I want to make sure to acknowledge the incredible customer service I received from Maggie at Hotel Del Paine at Torres Del Paine. Maggie was always so professional and polite. She got back...

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Hotel del Paine. Despite arriving at 2am after an unplanned adventure, we were able to get into our room with no problem. We awoke to windless, sunny skies and a million dollar view of Torres del Paine. After a delicious breakfast with infinite coffee from the fancy machine, we embarked...

This resort is superbly located with direct access to the hiking routes. The hotel has a number of good amenities including a small spa (good) to soothe away any aches and pains and a riding stables. The setting of the hotel is stunning with several open areas offering panoramic views of the ever changing mountains. The common areas within the...

We stayed in a room which was part of a cabin with 3 others. It was comfortable with views of the park. We had a short walk to the restaurant and shared living area where we had excellent food. The staff we encountered had excellent English which was very helpful to us.

We stayed for 4 nights at Hotel de Paine and found it to be an adequate accommodation, but we feel there is room for improvement. First, the staff were excellent - accommodating, helpful and friendly. Full marks for them. Secondly, the included breakfast was basic, but enough for our teenage kids and us. Thirdly, the rooms were nice, dated -...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service we had was very good and the food was tasty. They made every effort to try to make us feel at home. We even made use of a hot tub they have (you must request it at least 5-6 hours in advance as the water is heated by wood/fire. If/when we...

We wanted to stay in the park and I knew the options would be few and overpriced. This place did not disappoint from that perspective. The location is beautiful, but at $200/night it was definitely overpriced, especially given that the cabin we stayed in was quite rustic and simple. We were pretty much a captive audience for dinner, which came...
