We booked this trip as an extension to a 17-day cruise...this topped the cruise! Found EcoCamp through the internet and was intrigued by the domes, as a 60+ couple we went for the superior domes in the multi-sport (epic) program. Epic lets you do 4 events, biking, trekking, kayaking, and horseback riding all in one program and it doesn't matter...

This experience was awesome! Our guides, Rodrigo, Tomas, and Francisco, were phenomenal. They made our trip an experience of a lifetime. They were very prepared, attentive, responsive, and funny! This trip is not for the timid. The terrain is rough, and the weather is unpredictable. Bring lots of layers. We booked through Cascada--they were great, and the information relating to...

Hola! Thanks for your feedback - the 9-Day Paine Circuit is indeed a unique opportunity for experienced hikers to explore the hidden corners of Torres del Paine. We believe this trek is one of the most stunning trekking routes in the world and we wanted our guests to hike with experienced and passionate guides. We hope to welcome you again...

Eco Camp has a good reputation, its expensive and you need to book early to get a Dome (room). If you watch the video on their website it portrays a peaceful (5 star) commune image where you may well have an epiphany. Well don't believe the hype. It's way too busy to really chill out and it is all about...

Hola, Thanks for your feedback! We are pleased to know your trip to Torres del Paine was a great experience with our friendly guides and on the unique hiking trails of the National Park. As for the points you describe, we understand EcoCamp may be rather busy in peak season (December - February), yet this is not a general trend...

I am usually a strap-it-on-the-back backpacker who just hikes in and camps. But never having been to Chile before, I decided to leave it to the pros! Ecocamp is the best! Not only do they take care of transporting your bags for you while you're hiking(not your day pack, of course), but everything is always ready for you upon return....

Summary: Ecocamp is a good step up from camping. This IS NOT a luxury lodging with five star service. It is a good alternative to camping with some really fun domes for sleeping. Details: Pros: Domes are clean, warm and inviting. Beds are very comfortable and you have beautiful views! Guides are nice, not overly knowledgeable but very nice. Cons:...

My wife and I visited Torres del Paines, and stayed in the EcoCamp. What a wonderful experience we had. The domes were extremely comfortable, and very clean. We were on a 5 day "W" trip, and absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Our guides, Dani, and Pax were excellent. They were very knowledgeable of the area, knew the history of...
