Stayed with a colleague and the staff, service and food were all good. But my colleague had someone enter his room about 01:00 in the morning obviously using a key. The visitor apologised and left immediately. When we discussed this in the morning i decided to try my room key in his lock and it also opened his door, not... More

A gem of a hotel placed in the centre of the town . Beautiful decorated, quirky, elegant and still very quaint . The staff were really helpful, friendly and everyone seemed really happy . Rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, very comfy. Good breakfast but it could have been a little later !!! We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We had great relaxing 4 night stay here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast cooked to order and great coffee. Good value dinner menu and choice of bar food. A good hub for visits to Ely and Sandringham. Lovely scenic drive to the coast. Good parking right next to hotel.

Very large, comfortable room immaculately clean. Comfortable bed and fab jacuzzi bath. Staff friendly and helpful and food of a high standard. Plenty of car parking and, not least, good wifi signal. Highly recommended.

Good central location Small family run hotel. Very friendly owners and staff. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Food was excellent, especially the bar menu, however the breakfast was somewhat strange. No fruit juices, cereals or fruit laid out to help yourselves and had to be ordered. This was ok when the owners... More

I chose the hotel as it was in a good location close to where my grandson was attending a job interview the following day. Arrived to a friendly welcome and found the room to be a lovely, spacious family room for the two of us, immaculate and clean, good en suite shower room. Evening meal was excellent and as my... We had a good time here. Nice room, with a window you can open, comfortable beds and a small but well equipped en suite. Food was excellent, and all the staff very helpful at all times. The small bar was popular with locals many of whom are happy to chat if given the chance. Decent sized car park, just watch... More

We stayed here on the way back after exploring North Norfolk. This was a very pleasant find and ticked all the boxes. Our bedroom was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The shower cubicle a little on the small side but suited us. Other areas were well presented although found the dining room a little dated. Having said that we had... More

Lovely hotel with a good welcome! As good inside as it looks outside. Lovely cosy classic pub bar area in the front and period hall/reception room. Great food, super friendly staff. Pleasure to stay here, even though just in the area for business.

We we visiting relatives for a couple of days and were recommended this hotel. It is located right in town and has a large car park.
