BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. comfy bed. very clean. air conditioning. offer amenities incase you forget anything. iorn and safe in the room. excellent customer service. breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and they catered to allergens. cannot wait to stay again.
We stayed here for one night on our way through Cornwall and can only describe the experience as faultless. From arrival to departure customer service was excellent, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. The room was very clean, fresh and modern, the bed was especially comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. We had for years always previously stayed loyal to Premier Inn when going for weekends away, but no more. I am converted.
Stayed for one night after attending Eden Sessions. Very friendly check in, room clean and spacious. Only downside for me was none of the windows open just air con. I do like some fresh air. Breakfast selection excellent .
We stayed for 4 nights , using the hotel as a base to tour Cornwall. The room was spacious , comfortable , new and quiet. The staff were very friendly . Free buffet breakfast great , much better than US Holiday Inn express hotels breakfasts. We found the location excellent to visit The Lizard, St Agnes , Port Isaac and Tintagel. There are also shops , petrol etc. on the same site . Highly recommended
Excellent stay. The staff were so helpful and freindly. Especially Shannon nothing was too much trouble. She was amazing. Food was good. Room was big and very very clean. The bed was comfortable and Huge. Breakfast was good. I gave always stayed in a well known chain but their breakfast was extra and 9.50.per person. This place the breakfast was included with price. And superior. I will look for a holiday inn express in future.
As a family who had suffered a recent bereavement I just want to escape to my happy place which is Cornwall, upon finding this hotel I knew it’s location and it’s a great one to sight see all around Cornwall. Fab hotel, dog friendly staff friendly and said good morning at breakfast, with the dog we had to sit by bar area there’s only 1 table maybe the table should be moved over a little further over by side doors it’s just that was a bit close to everyone coming to reception then through to breakfast with coming and goings and staff starting there shifts just a lot going on when trying to eat. Stayed in room 4 on ground floor - Comfy bed clean rooms and warm breakfast perfect for family’s we were 2 adults 2 children (15) and (9) they shared sofa bed a-little squeaky when they rolled over in the night (a bit of oil could solve that though on springs of sofa bed). Don’t be put off it’s on services the A30 cannot be heard from the rooms lovely location grass views from rear of hotel and space to walk the dog - easy to get everywhere in Cornwall for day trips. We had a slight leak on shower hose told them on check out not a problem and didn’t affect the shower or our stay the lady wrote it down for maintenance man would attend to it. Really good communication between staff and guests all in all we had a lovely stay and will be back, thank you Holiday Inn Express Bodmin - Victoria.…
As a contractor with 20yrs experience working away from home, I can honestly say this is a amazing hotel. This is the first time I haven't had to use ear plugs and a eye mask for years, a very well built hotel.
We stayed for the weekend and literally all the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. So polite, welcoming, The hotel was very clean, breakfast was spot on. Must mention again how great the staff were absolute 5 stars.
Comfortable and clean. To be noted dogs are an additional £20 and parking £6. We were unaware of this at booking and discovered on arriving. I booked through bookings.com where this is not stated. Transparency with pricing is needed. Dogs do receive a bed, dog bowls, treats and poo bags.
I stayed at this hotel with my family a few weeks ago just before the half term holidays. I was quite apprehensive about staying at the hotel because its listed as being in motorway services. But when we arrived although the services are on the same site it did not have that feel. The hotel is new and modern and felt very fresh. I forgot about taking pictures but have one of the bathroom. When we arrived a bottle of wine and some soft drinks were left in our room as we had come to celebrate a birthday. The staff also helped as with presenting a suprise birthday cake. We had a dinner in the restaurant and the usual holiday inn breakfast which were both good and enjoyable. During our stay the staff all were really helpful and made us feel welcome, but I want to give a special mention to Jonathan and Maria. I would stay at this hotel again. …
