I was a bit apprehensive about staying at a B&B. We actually stayed here when it first opened nearly 20 years ago & cannot believe the amazing transformation. This place is our new home away from home now when traveling to Perth. It has everything you need & more. Peaceful, spacious & immaculate with attention to detail. Even a complimentary...

Our room was immaculate, beaitiful decor and ambience galore. The hostess has thought of every little detail to make guests feel right at home ,I'm very fussy when it comes to super soft beds,we carry our own micro filled comforter and remake bed over it at each stay but there wasn't any need to here. The mattress was like our own...

We needed a night in Armadale to attend a conference and this was the perfect place to stay. We were greeted warmly with freshly baked muffins. Loved the Colonial Room which was spacious, warm and very comfortable. Delicious omelettes for breakfast in a most friendly atmosphere. I would strongly recommend this B&B and would happily stay there again.

Booked 2 rooms then less than an hour later realised I had to cancel, phoned them back and was advised 'no refunds'. ! What...they were only booked an hour ago. So book carefully as maybe money is tight at this b&b. Not the friendliest welcome either. My recommendation would be to try somewhere with more flexible booking options!

Hello..this booking was made through a agent which was Booking.com with the cancellation conditions attached, which we have to pay there commission on all bookings. But in good faith you where offered a credit to be used within 12 months. one night was used by a quest that left 3 nights, as a credit which still stands. When one guest...

We stayed at Armadale Cottage at the end of June. It is located about 20 minutes from the city and was very easy to find. We stayed in the Kiwi room which was very clean, comfortable and modern. Our breakfasts were the highlight of the stay and we were made to feel very at home by Caroline who cooked the...

Caroline and John went out of their way to look after us for the week we were in Perth. Beautiful accommodation, great meals and customer service. Caroline even helped my wife with her hair before our nephews wedding after the hairdresser became ill! Above and beyond. Thanks again. We will be back! Pete and Karen - Cairns, FNQ

This was a return visit for us and we highly recommend this well appointed B & B. Our room was delightful, the bed very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and our breakfasts were delicious. We could not have asked for more and look forward to our next stay.

We stayed in Clarence House, which is a three bedroom house around the corner from the B & B. As there were 5 of us it was great to have the whole house to ourselves. 3 bedrooms, main with an ensuite, 2nd bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom with a single bed with a pull out. The...

I stayed at this quirky little B&B for one night for a business meeting in Armadale. The managers are very friendly. The rooms and bathroom are very clean and gardens and pool are immaculate. Breakfast was until 8.45am and was a fresh and plentiful of variety of fresh fruit and mueslis and also cooked.
