A couple of weeks ago we arrived from Anguilla. This island is very well kept secret. It's a very low-key kinda humble island until it smack you in the face with its breathtaking beaches and hotels. Carimar was a beautiful surprise. The staff couldn't be nicer. The ladies at the from desk were awesome!!!!! So helpful, so attentive!!!! The hotel... More

Great position on fantastic beach made ideal by super accomodation. Everything provided from kitchen roll to iron and ironing board. All furnishings and equipment were of a high standard and maintained really well by very pleasant staff. Lots of eating places around and new large supermarket nearby. Ocean Echoes (New restaurant on Meads Bay) was our favourite! Hiring a car... More

Wonderful beach front or beach view one or two bedroom units. Very well run, exceptionally clean, a very warm, caring staff from office to cleaning to maintenance and gardeners. A.C. In bedrooms only, but ceiling fan keeps living area comfortable. Great beach and beautiful courtyard gardens. Couldn't find a better place to stay! Truly a home away from home!

We prefer hotels with a restaurant so we don't have to cook and breakfast is there once we get up and the Carimar doesn't have that. Instead it does have a fully equipped kitchen. The place could do with an update but the beach is very nice so that's the main thing. The rooms are very large but they make... More

Lovely property, low key atmosphere, great and friendly service. Perfect if you want to roll out of bed and head to the beach and have breakfast from the well equipped efficiency kitchen. Enjoyed my mornings on the balcony with my coffee.

We have been to Anguilla on several occasions and have stayed in a variety of places, from Shoal Bay, Sea Rocks, Seafeathers and now Meads Bay. We enjoy every trip to Anguilla and our most recent stay at Carimar was no exception. Meads is one of Anguilla's nicest beaches, lovely for long walks, great swimming and good snorkelling. It is... We stayed at Carimar the first week of August during Carnival. We have been to Anguilla 10 times and this was our first time to stay there. The service was amazing. From the office to the maids to the garden staff they were very personable and also would help with anything we needed. The room was spacious and very clean.... More

This was our second stay at Carimar and our 5th visit to Anguilla. My husband and I brought 8 of our dearest friends with us on this trip and it was spectacular. Carimar is right on lovely Meads bay. I would highly recommend staying in one of the BEACH front rooms. The rooms are big with kitchens that have everything... More

“Any of the rooms would be wonderful, obviously ones closer to the beach from our stand point are preferable. I believe that there are six or seven, two storey buildings. Each building has four units. Two upper units (which require you to climb stairs) and two lower units which are at ground level. Beachfront of beachview are both a very short walk to the beach and access is quite easy.”
