Don't expect anything like a pleasant atmosphere. What you get is safety, clean bathroom with everything working, fast WiFi and a large room if you opt for the business room that has everything at western taste and standard, or what whey think is western taste....More
Visited the lakeside restaurant with three couples for an evening dinner and wasn't impressed. The menu had limited variety which was mainly local dishes.
We did visit not too early so we had to make do with what was available.
Stayed here a couple of days, liked the staff, very polite and decent, Calabar night too was good. but it needs a bit of renovation. the cracks on the wall, the building needs attention. But overall it's lovely.
