The b&b is run by the most welcoming and friendly lady who has been doing this for a very long time and obviously knows how to look after her guests...we stayed in a double (with an extra single bed) and had a lovely ensuite with everything you could need, plus more: beautiful bedding, fluffy towels and toiletries in the bathroom....

It is the great place to relax with amazing view. Close to Bala lake and national White water centre. It is the good location where you can explore the twisty, mountain wales road. The place is very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend to stay.
