We were staying in Albatera in order to look for houses in the district. Villa Tranquilo is a beautiful spot and a perfect retreat. From the warm welcome to the friendly farewell Dee and Dave were all the time caring about our wellbeing and immensly helpful as guides to the area. The breakfast menu was impressive! And the wi-fi zone...

Me and my wife stayed in Villa Tranquilo for a week in the end of April 2010 while we were taking care of our own property search in the region. The stay exceeded all our expectations regarding a B & B. We were well taking care of from the moment we arrived, Dee and Dave being helpful in all matters,...

This is an excellent place to relax and unwind. You can have as much or as little contact with the Hosts as you need and they are very helpful and informative. The rooms are comfortable and clean and of a good size. The Pool, garden and views (mountain and distant sea views) are great. As this is my fourth time here...

Excellent value for the homely english touch. Our hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much effort for Dave and Dee.

A relaxing and enjoyable experience in a beautifully maintained haven. The owners of Villa Tranquilo are friendly and helpful and really made our stay comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for couples who wish to forget the hustle and bustle of 9-5! I would very much recommend staying here if you are visiting areas around Alicante.

The villa and its accommodation was absolutely stunning. Along with plenty of time to catch up on all the gossip, whilst relaxing in the peaceful surroundings of the villa, we...

We stayed in the self-catering Orchard Appartment, which was very clean and comfortable. We had expected to eat out every evening but in the end found it enjoyable arriving back after a day out just to have a swim , cook something simple and enjoy the views eating in the Orchard ajacent to the apartment. We then spent most evenings...

What a lovely stay! Peaceful location at the bottom of the mountains. Immaculately clean accomodation - away from the main house so lovely & private, aswell - overlooking the pool. Loved the pool - had it all to myself!! Dave took me on his quad up into the hills and showed me ancient cave houses; Dee was a mine of...

Booked a last-minute break here and glad we did. The weather was fantastic the whole week (whilst it was overcast in the UK). Booked a flight from our local airport to Alicante and the owners picked us up from Alicante airport (about 20mins away) which was cheaper than a taxi fare. We stayed in the self-catering villa which is in...
