Loved this beautiful slightly eccentric chateau. Stayed in the barn conversion at the rear of the main house, beautifully renovated. We ate in the restaurant, the food and wine were great, the young woman who seems to do most things is an absolute star, helpful, friendly and funny. We would definitely stay again.

As I check out after two days it is with very mixed feelings. On one hand this chateau is fantastic, I got a lovely big room in the "barn" and the staff are very kind and helpful. On the other hand it was quite empty, I was the only guest, they forgot to turn on the hot water and on...

Have not stated in a bed and breakfast type before but after seeing the picture of this place, knew we wanted to try it here. Could not be more delighted with this place. The staff owner, chef, and house keeper are wonderful. Everyone wants to make sure you are cared for and happy. We ate here two nights out of...

It is hard to write a review for this place as for for every good point there is a bad one. The chateau itself is stunning to look at, the entrance hall, downstairs and bedrooms are all fantastic, but the bedrooms in the annex at the back are most definitely not and you would not want to be stuck in...

We enjoyed our stay at the chateau and appreciated the helpful guidance given by the staff. The chateau itself is beautiful. It is located in a lovely country setting close to small towns that are charming to visit as well as in the middle of many wineries. Took a taxi from the Bordeaux train station for 70€ which was much...

Good wine cellar. Very helpful with children including horse riding but not on Sundays. Lovely breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake. Lots of space for children to run around. We will be back to tour the St Emilion region and enjoying some of the best food in France.

As soon as we passed the gates, the park and building took our breath away! We stayed in the relais by the castle and the beds were amazingly comfy! Good pool deck too. The restaurant also has a good selection of local wines and the terrace is the ideal spot to drink it in the evening.

Jean Marc, friendly, cool and energetic owner was extremely helpful during our three night stay at the Chateau, providing very useful information and valuable tips on what to do around the Bordeaux area. The chateau is tastefully decorated and has spacious rooms and comfortable living areas. We highly recommend it for travellers - they will enjoy a personalised treatment.

From the moment we arrived at the Chateau the setting took our breath away! The staff was very helpful in getting us oriented! We loved being in the country yet you are not far from Saint Emilion. Our room #20 was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious including a well appointed bath. We enjoyed our first nite dinner at the Chateau on...
