Not expecting to stay in a tent, thanks Sense of Africa, but up for anything on our first night on tour. Very disappointed to find no alternative to the feather duvet. Slept in our clothes with sheets, towels, dressing gowns & a couple of hot water bottles. No blankets offered or provided. Told all about the optional game drive that...

the location and the lodge are very beautiful. the food is good. we were disappointed though that we could not attend the evening game drive because the jeep was fully booked already on our arrival. since we had booked our stay 6 months before it was hard to understand that the management did not take us (3) into consideration for...

That was our first night in Namibia. We were pleased to see a few girafes, zebras, suricates, many springboks and oryx and even a female lion on the site. There is a water hole facing the pool and restaurant, it's always busy. Most beautiful sunset! The food was great, something over expectation in fact. The room is more like your...

This was our first stop in the Kalahari and it had some real highlights. It is set overlooking a large lake (sadly dried up at this time). However there was a watering hole just in front of the main area and all the cabins. Animals came to drink 24 hours a day - springbok, blue wilderbeest and oryx were plentiful....

We didn't select this lodge ourselves as it was part of a tour. It was our first experience of a tented lodge and I have to say my preferred accommodation is a five star hotel but despite that we entered into the spirit and had a great time. The bed was extremely comfortable with a warm duvet which was very...

We initially booked the family of 15 at the Zebra Kalahari Lodge (the more upmarket of the three that Intu Africa has on offer) - but 2 weeks prior to our arrival we were notified that our booking is no longer valid and was given to another group. My initial booking was made in July and was fully confirmed. This...

The gamedrive was splendid, due to our excellent guide. He gave us an excellent introduction to Namibian wildlife. Nice landscape as well. We were upgraded to the honeymoon tent with private swimming pool. Very nice. It was windy the night we were there. In the tent it seemed we were in the middle of a storm , outside though ,...

We stayed here for one night in September 2014. The views across the pan are wonderful with springbok, oryx and wildebeasts regular visitors to the water hole a short distance in front of the property. The service was superb. We were greeted with welcome drinks and cold towels with our bags immediately carried to our room. The evening sundowner was...
