Beautiful rooms with balconies, fantastic breakfast, too much to chose from.
Raphael very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
The location is perfect, very close to the beach and within waliking distance to the restaurants, city centre.
One thing I would highlight is the breakfast! That is fabolous, yummy. There is a great variaty of different foods, fresh orage juice and the capucino and coffee are also great.
This was something well over our expectation.
The owner offered us sunumbrella and stuff to the beach, even toys to my little daughter to play with (e.g. sandpit equipment).
One thing that I also would like to share is the price - wuality relation for me: I found the place a bit expensice, though I am not complaining. Just one thing. I paid at the end in HUF iso I definitely asked for EUR payment since the exchange rate was something horrible. As such at the end I paid an extra 10 k HUF, that is around 30 EUR more on the average rate of my bank.
Oh and even though they offered free wifi with the password my phone could not find the related line, i.e. could use the city overall free wifi line (a bit slow).
Generally speaking, average may be the correct rating, given that the rooms are quite small and the decor a bit dated. But as a two-star it must be among the better ones. The rooms are clean, the service friendly and the breakfast(buffet) is good.
The hotel is very well located close to a very fine beach
The price seemed a bit high, but I guess tis is due to the location.
The internal walls are paper-thin so you can hear every word (and baby-scream) in all the surrounding rooms. The lift is also extremely noisy and you can hear the music from reception/breakfast area quite loudly on the first floor. Luckily it was sort of clam between 1 am and 7.30 am allowing us to get some sleep. Breakfast was disappointing compared to the other hotels we stayed in in Catalunya, but probably standard for a 2-star.
The room was very pleasant with probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had with quality bedding and pillows to match.
The bathroom was also good and again with a superb shower which could not be faulted.
The negative however is that at around 2am I was awakened by the most loud disturbing noise's I have ever heard.
Behind and almost adjacent/across from my room was a block of apartments perhaps 30 yards away.
The noise's turned out to be an amorous couple who succeeded in waking the whole street and many neighbours.
Her squeals and screams coupled with his grunting then went on Non Stop for an unbelievable hour and a half.
Yes 1 1/2 hours non stop!
This was despite numerous people shouting at them to tell them to be quiet 'Including myself'.
I am still in shock.
A lovely place but if this is a regular occurrence don't expect much sleep and insist on a front room.
