It was the first time I stayed at this hotel. It is located about 100 metres from the beach, and 10 minutes to the shopping street of Vilanova. The hotel has a large swimming pool in the complex, with sun loungers to relax. My apartment was located in block C. It was very clean, the towels were changed often and I even had a disposable shaver, and a disposable toothbrush in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly, but the only thing that was not so great was that parts of the closet in the bathroom were damaged. This looked a bit shabby, which reduced the overall impression of the apartment.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4 (2 Adults + 2 kids under 12) and it was very spacious. The location was amazing just across the road from the beach and 10mn walk to the ramblas.
Also, even though we were in a service apartment for a week, there was hardly any amenities in the room : no iron, no clothes drying rack (even though there is laundry facilities on the premises, and a terrace in the apartment there was nowhere to dry clothes anywhere, or that could be provided to us, we just had to use chairs from the apartment), no broom or vacuum cleaner (the daily clean of the room was super basic and not enough when you are across the road from the beach and drag sand along, but there was nothing for us to clean that. There was also no plug for any of the sink : when you try to save water while washing dishes or handwashing clothe, this is really not helpful.
We approached the reception for all the above, however, the woman was consistently unwilling to help and condescending for any bits of information we were trying to get.
The property is very expensive for what you get, it is really just about the location and the pool facility as the value otherwise isn't great. The restaurant onsite is convenient for morning coffee if you don't want to go out, but overall very overpriced for what you get.
Luckily the restaurant and cleaning staff were so friendly, even with the language barrier. Would I stay there again or recommend it ? unsure, or would manage expectation on the lowest in term of service and focus on location.

The hotel may appear in a search list for Sitges, but it is in fact 8km to the west in Vilanova i La GeltrĂș. It is within 100m of the beachfront and about 15 to 20 minutes' walk to the railway station for the town.
The complex was built about 1992 and is made up of three blocks arranged around a pair of swimming pools. Reception is open 24 hours - very useful as we arrived and departed in the early hours. It was worth paying extra to book the pool view rooms. Coffee maker, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, air conditioning, plenty of storage space and a sofa meant each apartment was better equipped than a comparable hotel room.

Negatives Room above the restaurant was noisy from The people below and bottles being thrown into the recycle bank before 8am. We were a family of three. The third person slept on the sofa- thru were left with two sheets and used the spare pillow from the wardrobe- definitely an afterthought. The view of other apartments, unless you stretched over to see the pool ( block B first floor) room also smelt of cooked food on our arrival and the smell lingered throughout. Room booked for three but third person needed to make up their bed on the sofa and just given two sheets. We arrived late at night and on arrival no shops were open and the restaurant had closed. We needed some water and milk but the vending machine was out of order so we didnât have anywhere until The next morning. We asked reception but they just pointed us to the vending again. Cleaner came to the room just before 10am each morning but we were still in the room getting ready. They didnât return. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival but didnât get a response- this was a first for us so it may be our email went into their spam or it was overlooked. Positives Pool area nice, staff polite and friendly, and location handy. Would we return? No, much nicer places to stay

Just arrived this afternoon for 6 nights, I had pre called to request a sea view room (I actually meant a pool view). After check in I realised my mistake and David and his colleague on reception was so so kind and immediately helped and remedied the situation, after it being 100% my error. Fantastic customer service, and a great start to our stay, thank you David and the team!!!!

Lovely 3 night stay. Great breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Rooms nice & clean, bed comfy. 20min walk to bus/ train station. 50mins on train to Barcelona We loved vilanova as it was peaceful & not busy with lovely restaurants & coffee shops. 30mins to airport. Only annoying thing is we jumped in a taxi to the apartment & it cost âŹ95 đ± we returned by bus for âŹ18 for 2 people so defo a cheaper option. Overall a great stay & would love to return âïžđč

We stayed here for three nights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The bed was comfy, beautifully clean sheets. The staff were very friendly and helped us with a map so that we could get to the train station to go into Barcelona. The only downside to this place was that the walls are a little bit thin so we were woken each morning by the child in the next room, and I was disappointed that the room smelt of style cigarettes smoke. It is quite common over there for people to smoke in the room which is a shame if youâre a non-smoker or an ex-smoker as it was quite obvious.

The room was huge! The kitchenette is not well equipped unfortunately and the sofa isnât comfortable. The pool area is nice and calm. The breakfast was not great but I appreciate there were boiled eggs available at least. The staff were great though and very accommodating.

Nicely located appartement/hĂŽtel close to city centre. Friendly staff. Basic restoration with decent menu options for starter, main and dessert. Spacious rooms at good level. Good WiFi connection everywhere. Close to beach.

My friends and I stayed here for four nights. Very basic room but had a fridge which was fine for what we needed. Breakfast was good , plenty of choice. Breakfast staff where very friendly & helpful. Reception staff where also very helpful. This hotel is quite a distance from Barcelona about an hour on the train. The walk to the train station is lovely as you get to see the restutrants & shops. Barcelona is very busy, lots of hussel & bussel so it was great to return to some peace & quiet that this hotel has to offer.
