Excellent place to stay for a budget. Select the huts that are just in front of the sea and you will get one of the most outstanding views in your lifetime. Close to the main town in the island. A must in Pulau Tioman.

Right at the water, what more could you want? Had a sea view bungalow with balcony and hammock. Lovely breakfast - the banana crepe was a real highlight! Fantastic snorkelling. Was there during the drought (not their fault), and they provided bottled water for drinking and rinsing with. Nice to walk into the village for dinners - must have grilled...

We stayed in sea view chalet A4 for 6 nights. It was really awesome to sleep with the sound of waves in the background and to swing in the hammock on a terrace, sipping Chile vine from the duty free shop, located in 3 minutes from the hotel. We didn't use the mosquito net, it was hot to sleep under...

simple room. We lived in the Aircon Terrace and it came with simple amenities. no frills, no TV so you get immersed into the atmosphere. The bed was too soft in my opinion and caused me some aches in the morning. The walls are also really thin so you have to pray for quiet neighbours. The water supply at the...

We stayed two nights and I would definitely recommend Swiss Cottage Tioman. It is a bit isolated on Tekek. The place is only a few chalets and rooms, not a big resort. The chalets are simple yet confortable and clean. The place is really an invitation to relax and enjoy simple things the island has to offer. We really felt...

We stayed in a front sea chalet. The view was absolutely great. The room was very basic, no air-con (the sea side chalet are supposed to be cooler, in July it was very hot indeed). The toilet's flush was malfunctioning, there was a pipe in the toilet dripping water, the tap on the sink was unfixed, annoyingly spinning everytime was...
