I love the concept of this Cabana -- No shoes, slippers -- just good ol' barefoot everywhere. The place is just basic -- but that's the whole concept -- "just being basic" -- not a care in the world. I had first class view of the sun, sand, sea -- I was in love. Clear sea -- no need to go anywhere else to snorkel. The local people in Cabana are friendly, laid back and just overall nice. The best part is the "chillllling" -- The Cabana Bar is sooo superb and playing just the right music to chill. I even had my afternoon nap on those bean bags at the verandah. Simply a place (and view) where i'd like to go again. No regrets. PS. Do bring mosquito repellent - coz these insects are as big as flies (and mostly well fed -- by us of course)!

We have been at Tioman Cabana for two nights. Tioman itself is very relaxing, but going to this place made our stay absolutly fantastic! The staff is so friendly, they are there for u if u have any problem or just want to have some talk. In the afternoon they had jam-session and u can just relax and listen to the music.... Wonderful!!! The room was also very nice. The view out of it is amazing, the water is around ten meters! Lovely! It is clean and has warm shower! The food in the beach bar is great too. All in all I just recommend to anybody going to Tioman to go to Tioman Cabana!! Thank u so much for the awesome time at urs!!!

The Ferry to Tioman was really arkward. High waves made all of us feel very sick! But right at the moment when you put your first foot on the ground of Tioman Island you know you won't regret it. Sand beaches, clear water and nothing but jungle in front of you. Walking like 10 min. (max.) we reached Tioman cabana. What a place. The bar and 'Main house' looks like it was build by a real pirate ;) We booked a room in the Beach lodge which is a little house right next to it and like 10m from the sea. Even if it looks like a little bit shabby from outside, inside everything is really clean and comfy. The rooms dont have aircon but due to the wind coming up from the sea its just not necessary. The food at the bar was very delicious and the stuff absolute friendly. They dont sell any

When I visited in Tioman mid of Nov, it was rainy season. They called monsoon. So Tioman island was not so crowded. When I went to dive shop, staff introduced Tioman Cabana. The house is in front of beach. When I opened my door, I could see beach and sea. Mr. Shamrock is owner and he runs beach bar also. He is very kind man... Maybe he will be your good friend.
