To all the people that are complaining about this place - what do you expect when it is like the cheapest accommodation in the area? If you want 5 star go stay somewhere else. The property is huge and well take care of. The room was extremely cold inside and the bathroom was absolutely minuscule but the water was hot,...

This is probably the most and utter disgusting place I ever had to overnight in. Internet pictures 100% misleading. Arrived at about 7 o clock on a Friday evening to a dark and gloomy place. Restaurant closed. Reception closed. Being handed the key to our "chalet"by the security guard, we were told the manager is in town attending some car...

1. None of the stoves work 2. None existent cutlery 3. Dirty chalets, literally dirt as you walk in 4. No mops or brooms 5. Rude management (there's still a sense of tons of racism as well) 6. For the 5 days stayed, 4 of those, there was no electricity. While the owners couldn't be dammed about it Recommendations Do...

Kristin and Marieta went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A huge thank you to them for helping me surprise my boyfriend. He was so happy. The chalets are spacious and so well decorated with a braai area and what makes it extra special is living right in nature. It felt like home away from home. I...

We tried to book a chalet for a few days but Shane the manager were so drunk he could not tell us if he had any chalets available. We decided to stay somewhere else for a couple of days.Very disappointing as friends stayed there last year and were very happy

Staff was unaware of our booking and reluctant to accommodate us. Cottage was decent with small open kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. No Wifi, no TV, despite being advertised. We were unfortunate to have loadshedding, but were not offered any candles or matches. In fact there was no one at reception when looking for help. No answer to...

Overall - massive disappointment. Eagle Creek Resorts is a dark damp hole! I travel a lot and have experienced many places, but for the amount paid and how this place was advertised on various booking sites is misleading! The R300 key deposit surprise was irritating on arrival to say the least. And to top it off, no credit card facility!...

We had a bad experience at Eagle Creek Resorts Sabie and would advise you to be really cautious when booking. What you are promised at Eagle Creek Resorts Sabie is not what you are going to get if our experience is anything to go by. The list of complaints is long but the primary issue we have is the dishonesty...
