We travelled here as a family of four for October half term. When we checked in we were told our room wasn’t ready, which was annoying as it was well after lunch time. Once at our room, however, we were pleased with it. Two large bedrooms, very clean, plenty of storage space, decent sized balcony and a sea view. The... More

We made our third visit here for a fortnight in August having previously visited last summer and the Christmas before. Standards at the hotel have really deteriorated in that time. Room: our room was shabby and not cleaned well. There were dozens of ants and we had to remove a number of cockroaches from our bathroom. The sheets were torn,... More

Please note that this hotel is called Be Live Costa Los Gigantes over the winter season so I have also posted this review there. Lovely looking hotel, good facilities, great first impressions. However food hygiene and cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Meat was often served raw and buffet temperatures were hit and miss. Often had to pick up... More

We travelled as a family with a 6 year old and a 1 year old. Check in was slick and we were taken with our luggage in the hotel buggy to our room. We were pleased with our room and a nice wee touch was a packed snack left for us to enjoy when we arrived. We liked that the... More

We visited this hotel as a family of 4 in September, 2 adults, a 13 year old and a 16 year old. We enjoyed our stay but there are a cpl of points worth mentioning.....our room was brilliant!! Duplex apartment felt like 2 separate apartments, very clean and nicely presented, cleaned daily with clean towels provided and a couple of... More

We booked this holiday for October half term and wasn't expecting much as the reviews are quite mixed, we have visited a couple of Holiday villages previously and was expecting a similar experience. The hotel is aprox 50 mins away from the airport, depending on how many drops are before you, we only had 1 and it was later in... More

We went as a family of 9 in the last few days of October into the 1st week of November and had a really pleasant holiday. Rooms (Suites Block O) were clean spacious and had good sea views. Hotels is very big and there was quite a walk from our room to pools, bars & restaurants. Food within the restuarants... More

We first stayed in this hotel when it first opened and was run by Spring Hotels who also own the Bitacora, Volcano and Arona Gran. We used to stay in the Hotel Playa Arena which was also owned at the time by Spring and watched it get built. Whilst it was run by Spring it was a true 4 star... More
