Just back from this hotel, room was excellent, large and kept very clean. We had a sea view room and sat on our balcony quite a lot. Staff were 50/50- they all work very very hard, some have smiles and are pleasant some are not so nice. Food, well there certainly was a huge choice of food, none of the...

We stayed in the hotel in November for one week on all inclusive basis. Upon our arrival we were impressed by the spacious reception area. Unfortunately our great first impression was straight away completely ruined by the rude reception staff. We were shocked and disgusted with the way we were treated during the check-in. The male receptionist was shockingly rude,...

Lovely hotel, nice location just fails on some silly points. We upgraded to the adults club which I would recommend. This gives you a better room with a fantastic view, a coffee machine in your room, wifi, premium drinks, a quieter area in the dining room and an enclosed section with better beds at the pool. Given this you would think...

On arrival at this hotel we experienced a reception performance at its worst. They sought to downgrade our booked class of room and it took nigh on 40 minutes to persuade them to actually provide what we had paid for. It then took another 45 minutes for the room to be prepared. Ironically people checking in after us were receiving...

Great first time stay at the hotel! Good value for money. Hotel is very big. Food was amazing, drinks are nice. The photographer Andrea was very professional and friendly. Entertermaint team could be improved and kids club a litle too late. Overall, fantastic short break. I would recommend definetelly.

We booked to stay here through Thomas Cook as a winter getaway for my other half's birthday in order to enjoy some nice weather. Upon arrival we had to wait some time at the reception desk to check in as they only had 2 people working and a coach load of people queuing to check in which after a early...

A 4 STAR I don’t think so it took about 20 mins to get a drink standing in a queue , not enough staff in bars or restaurants. No kettle in rooms to have a kettle in your room extra 3 euros per day/ WiFi 4 euros a day / a safe in your room 21 euros a week ....

I was very excited to have mine weekend away. Got to the reception desk and waiting around 30min to be served. 3 receptionist for such big hotel is not enough. Also I've been told off for not having voucher, which I didn't know about as there was no information about any voucher while making reservation. All the female reception staff...
