The staff here were really friendly and helpful but the entertainment at night is loud and resonates through the whole place oh and there is no parking available. Twice we had to park 10 minutes away. Also the cleaning staff have a tendency to leave the patio doors to the terrace open when they finish cleaning!

We booked with Bravo Tours into this mold-covered, wood-rotting, worn out room (which was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but we only got one, maybe a blessing because there was less room for all the roaches). Food = nausea. Sun was great, but we can't credit that to Vigilia.

Hotel nice enough with a budget. If you are looking for lots of fun and business then I would stay more Las Americas way as it is more quiet in Puerto Santiago. Nice and relaxing, staff not that friendly but are fine. Really good lady in the shops below who can sort out water park/boat trips for you.

After 3 attempts at getting the right room for myself,my husband, my 15yr daughter and my dad we were eventually happy with our room, a two bedroom apartment, we had to put a single bed in the living area for my dad which did work well as we had an ensuite between the bedrooms and another bathroom. Yes the rooms...

It was comfortable stay with children, but the beach to swim was little bit far away (20 min walking). Terrace with sea view and mountain view (Los Gigantes). It is very centric, near to supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants.

these apartments vary a lot (some are being refurbished but most are now dated and not up to modern standards). The location is very good, the rooftop solarium is a real plus with wonderful views and the cleaning staff are very good but some things really need to be updated. The water pressure is very poor. The tvs are old...

I decided to join my family on a first ever "sunny" Christmas break so the time of year in previous reviews was good weather. I was highly mistaken, as we experienced quite overcast weather. The hotel didn't make my trip any better because it was bland, uncomfortable beds, very noisy and the service wasn't great. I will start off with...

We are still staying here and can't fault it. It was cheap! And you can't expect 5 star quality. We have a two bedroom large apartment with stunning sea view. The room is old, but clean and everything works. The food is ok , the staff are lovely.. the roof terrace is perfect with breath taking views over the sea...

We had stayed in Vigilia Park at the start off December. Our bedroom was filled with cockroaches and mould, an fumigation team had to enter our room. We ended up leaving 2 days in. The excursion woman was more than helpful overall terrible experience.
