Great hotel! Awesome location to explore Oban and the Hebrides. Some of the rooms have a great view of the Falls of Lora and I even saw a seal during one of my many stays! The rooms are clean and very cosy and the staff is lovely. The breakfast is also nice with a wonderful view. Would definitely return again!

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. nothing seemed to be a problem for the hard working friendly staff. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a loch view. The breakfast was great and just what we needed to start off our day.

My mum had the pensioners fish which was more than enough for her . My grandson had homemade macaroni it was lush.

We visit Oban many times and we always plan to stop at this Hotel for their Sunday Carvery. It has great choices of Starters,, 3 or more Selections of Roasts. Deserts include a Hot Sweet as well as Ice Cream and other cold sweets.Staff always very Friendly.

We stayed 2 nights here to visit Highland titles nature reserve. Great location overlooking the water from dinning room. Lots to see in the area. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Would recommend a stay here.

The perfect hosts, treated better than any other hotel we have used in the last 50 year, nothing was too much trouble, everywhere was spotlessly clean, food was excellent. We had an upgrade when they discovered that it was our golden wedding anniversary. The only problem was leaving, we didn't want to leave.

Lochnell Arms Hotel is an excellent place to stay prior to an early morning flight to the Inner Hebridean Islands (Islay/conolsay or Tiree/Coll). The food is excellent, it has a lovely lounge bar with an open log fire, the staff are very helpful & friendly and the beer and whisky is second to none. The hotel supplies a packed lunch...

I've been coming to this area since 1989 and I have consistently gravitated to the Lochnell Arms Hotel for its friendly welcome and it's great food. And I can confirm the all important Steak pie is 5 star 👍🏻

The food is excellent - well-cooked, fresh ingredients. The room was comfortable, clean and had fantastic views to the Connel Bridge and the sea. I was unavoidably delayed in Oban so had absolutely nothing with me. The Lochnell put me up at short notice, allowed my dog to stay, provided me with the essentials, toothbrush etc, and food for my...

This small hotel is situated in a lovely place. The decor inside let's it down. And it seems the staff have their children there. Food was OK. The bar doesn't seem well stocked. The room I was in didn't have a good view, only a house next door in a untidy back garden. The house next door had a recovery...
