There is no way that anyone who stays here will be disappointed. Sally and Dean are two of the nicest people you are ever likely to meet and their B&B is perfect. The room was a great size, with lovely en-suite, and everything was immaculate. Breakfast was also amazing - but then it would be as Sally is a professional... More

We have just returned from staying with Dean & Sally for the weekend. I can honestly say our stay was superb. There were 6 in our group and we took over all 3 rooms of Rookseat. The rooms were exceptional with all mod cons and lovely little extra touches in every room such as slippers and lovely smellies. Dean and... More

We have previously visited Rookseat with three lots of friends over several years everyone without exception raved about the accommodation and the great owners Dean & Sally who are very quickly valued friends to everyone. Rooms are very clean and modern with smart bathrooms and slim TV. Next door is a great bonus of a typical country pub with excellent... More

We had a wonderful stay again recently where Dean & Sally made us feel very welcome. We visited two years ago for a friends wedding and when booking our return to the new forest we knew where we were going to stay. Wish we'd stayed for longer. I have stayed twice in Sally and Dean's stylish home away from home in the pretty little village of Redlynch. We have become good friends, not hard with these two, and as others enjoyed the beautiful breakfasts prepared by our inhouse chef Sally. The central location is another attraction with many tourist locations within an hours drive. Even London is... More

We spent two nights at Rookseat whilst visiting family. Sally and Dean were fantastic hosts. Rooms and decor are first class with everything on hand. Clean, fresh and 5 star! Breakfast was superb and the fact Sally is a fine dining chef, is apparent in her food and presentation. I would highly recommend the scrambled eggs and granola compote!! Bike... More

We spent 7 nights at Rookseat whilst touring the New Forest. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. The room was lovely. The breakfasts were superb. The hospitality was second to none. Dean and Sally are a wealth of information on things to do in the area. We were very fortunate to have found this... More
