We stayed at Repos in early September as the summer season had just finished so there wasnt a lot going on in Riberac itself, however the guest house was lovely and the owners were really friendly and helpful passing on hints of where we should go next on our trip. The rooms were decorated well and were comfortable and the...

Hello Thank you very much for your comments. We are always happy to try and give good objective advice about the lovely area we are lucky enough to live in. We love that picture as well, French but bought at auction in Folkestone, Kent.

We booked this B&B based on the good reviews on this site, and also because there were limited options in Riberac! We arrived on a day we were due to attend a wedding that began at 3pm, only to be told that our room would not be ready until 5pm. This would not have been a problem if the owners...

It is unfortunate that when you checked our website to read our reviews most importantly you did not take note of the check-in time which clearly states from 5pm onwards. Had you arrived at this time instead of 11.40am your experience with us may have been more positive. We are not, as you call us, a hotel but a small,...

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 night stay and this hotel offers excellent value for money, a good location in Riberac and very helpful owners in Paul and Lesley who helped arrange our taxi's. Wonderful room and totally spotless, breakfast is typical French Croissants and bread would defiantly recommend this hotel.

We spent 6 nights at Mon Repos whilst exploring the Dordogne. Everything was perfect - the room was well equipped, delightful and spotless and the house is just charming. The courtyard is a real bonus - a quiet haven to sit after a long day sight seeing. The breakfasts are great, especially Lesley's home made jams. Lesley and Paul are...

My wife and I have just spent four nights at Repos a Riberac with wonderful hosts Paul & Lesley and couldn't have been made to feel anymore welcome. The B&B is beautiful, it's clean, quiet and feels very homely, our room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious from the warm croissants, tasty sour dough...

We've just left Riberac after a three night stay with Paul & Lesley. As most people have already written on here, fantastic hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome & comfortable. The outdoor yard was perfect for sitting out in the sun & playing cards & dice. There was plenty of breakfast to start the...

We had three rooms here whilst attending a family wedding down the road. Everything from the delicious breakfast (warm croissants and home made jams!), to the spacious and airy bedrooms was perfect. The hosts were relaxed and welcoming, happy to help out when we needed directions or recommendations, but equally happy for us to come and go as we please....

Hello Mark & Emma Thanks for for your very appreciative comments. We're so glad you had such a good time. Don't forget if you would like to do a wine degustation or two just give us a bit of notice and we'll work out an itinerary for you, possibly taking in a recommended restaurant.

We chose Riberac as our first night accommodation whilst exploring the Charente area.
