After 5 years we came to this hotel again. Everything is fine, but the carpets in the corridors are still better to replace, because they are too old and spoil the view, but this is my subjective opinion. The dining room is now open not only for breakfast, but also as a full-fledged catering outlet, this is another plus. Responsive staff is ready to solve your questions. I wanted to express my gratitude to the administrator, a young girl named Anna, for promptly resolving our issue. In general, dear people wishing to visit this hotel, if you are not a bore (suffocated by modern standards), I recommend this hotel.

It's very messy in the room. It looks like the cleaning is done superficially. Very unpleasant. Underneath the leak sink, in the corners of the web, light bulbs are partially missing, and those that are are are dim. The tulle on the windows is grey, spattered with something. Carpets throughout the hotel and room are prehistoric, in old stains and drops. Brr! They asked me to clean it up better, but after a day nothing had changed. All this spoils the holiday experience. We do NOT recommend this hotel, who cares what conditions to live in on vacation.
Breakfasts are decent and the hotel location is convenient.

The dining room is disgusting, there is only one girl at the checkout and serving, the fish is stinking, you can’t stick a fork in the beef, let alone chew it, there is no borscht, just water, you can only get to the toilet with the permission of the administrator upon presentation of a receipt, the prices are very high for an eatery. I don’t recommend the dining room.

We just returned from Kislovodsk. Favorite resort that we visit often. This summer there are a lot of tourists and all our favorite hotels were occupied. I had to book an available junior suite at the Park Hotel. I have never seen worse service. A torn piece of wallpaper, dirty carpets, lack of disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes, a toilet brush covered in poop (forgive the truth), which we forced to replace, slippers that immediately tore when first put on our feet. And this is all JUNIOR SUITE!!! But the hardest thing is food coupons for 250 rubles per person, which you cannot lose, otherwise you will be left without breakfast. There wasn't even a leaf of greenery in the breakfasts, not to mention vegetables and fruits (and this is August). Administrator Anna, who worked at the reception on 08/07/2023, should be kicked out for her boorish attitude towards clients. Next time, if there are no rooms in our other favorite hotels, we’d rather not go to Kislovodsk than stay at the Park Hotel

Придётся или доплачивать или согласиться на номер значительно худший по условиям. Хозяин отеля как и администратор плевательски относятся к гостям. Очень формальные ответы администратора. Высокомерное общение от директора. Не советую вам этот отель.
