The hotel is in the town and the hotel provide motorbike rental. Just few step to convenience store. They provide a free breakfast too. The room is quite big, and clean but the furniture and design a bit old school. Overall is acceptable.

We are booked Superior double bed in newer building.Good and clean hotel but it's not very near to restaurants & shops (about 15 minutes walk). Anyway no issues for that because there were lots of motorbikes for rent. Rooftop swimming pool is nice view of Chaweng area & quite clean. Would recommend if can be booked at discounted price.

We stayed at the Avenue Samui for a few days in September. We booked a deluxe double room in the newer building of the two (I think this is a must for anyone considering staying here, as the other building looked quite dated.) When we were shown to our room, we were initially very impressed with the contemporary design and...

Don't be fooled by the pictures of the hotel ... It's nothing like that! I stayed in the Laem Din building across the road so I can't judge the other building but believe that's the upgraded rooms, so definitely upgrade! The Laem Din building might as well be falling apart with stained sheets and dirty walls. The rooms are plain...

I stayed here as part of a gadventure group so I can't comment in the value for money. The staff were friendly, I have seen a number of reviews saying that the staff were rude. Again, just because people don't speak your language does not mean they are rude! Also screaming English in their face will not help! The wifi...

We arrived at this hotel with high expectations after looking at the advertised pictures. It was quite expensive for three nights (1,200 baht per night) so we had high hopes, which sadly, the hotel did not deliver on. The initial room we were shown to was in a separate, run down, older building. For the money we had paid, we...

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever been to. The reviews of this hotel and the actual hotel are worlds apart. It was flithy, had bugs, and bad service! As soon as we reached the hotel (prepaid) we decided it was too dirty to stay there. There was holes in the sheets, the curtains was flithy, when...

Great location, very close to pretty chaweng lake, short walk to shops, markets, a night food court. About ten minutes to the beach. Beautiful rooftop pool that was never busy. Very nice room, great shower, cleaned every day. Far from the pier so try and arrange cheap transport! Don't go for the first taxi, they'll charge 600 baht, a group...
