This is probably one of the worst hotel on the planet. changed my room three times but still not comfortable. AC and wifi not working. swimming pull looks like mud pond. No options in breakfast.staff did their best to make us comfortable but after complaints and long waiting..never stay here even if you are offered a free stay

Dear Guest, We thank you for your feedback, which is always valuable for us as we strive to improve guest experience. We apologize for the staff being unable to resolve your issue with the Wi-Fi on your phone, which is bizarre as the network appeared to have been working properly for other guests, including as you may recall on your...

Excellent location with amazing sea and coastal views. 6 of us stayed in 3 bedrooms, each room with x2 queen beds, bath a separate shower. Our sea view room with a balcony was perfect. X3 swimming pools and a choice of sun bathing areas. Gym, play room and smoker room as well as table tennis and table football. Food was...

I really wanted to love this hotel. It has a gorgeous view, the rooms are lovely (however a bit out dated) and the food was good (albeit expensive!). I think that if this hotel made a few changes they could be an amazing hotel. Here are our thoughts from our 5 night stay; -when we arrived they had decorated our...

Amazing pool! With a big view to the bay. Far away from everything so u need to rent a scooter (250thb at the hotel) or u take a taxi (200). Rooms quite old and very dark. No natural light at all. Wi fi terrible. Food really good, a bit expensive though.. Staff really nice . I had a problem with...

Everything is good about this hotel. We were lucky that we were upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite, just because it was our Honeymoon. Courteous staff, amazing view from the hilltop, great facilities in the room + exactly the distance required from the party place @ Chaweng. Beds= 10/10 (Way too soft) View from the swimming pool= 10/10....

This place was amazing and cannot believe how well priced this place is. Without doubt the best view on Samui (ocean view room) We booked a standard double room and got upgraded for free. The view from our balcony was breathtaking over looking the two ppols down below and then overlooking the sea. We didnt eat evening meals in the...

It is a very nice Hotel, with a beautiful view. But if you come to Ko Samui for the beaches, you will be disappointed, this Hotel has none. It has this beautiful view because it is on a (very steep) hill. :) The Rooms are nice, nothing special. The bathroom is clean, it even has a tub. The breakfast is...
