We stayed for 2 nights in a Grand Deluxe Seaview room which was huge. On arrival the bed had intertwining hearts in flower petals on it and towels fashioned in the shape of swans - it was stunning. Everywhere we looked we saw fantastic views - from the room balcony, from the breakfast area, from the restaurant and from the... More

Best Western Bayview Resort in Koh Samui is an excellent place to relax and forget about everyday life. It is in a good location between Chaweng beach and Lamai beach (it has a shuttle every hour to Lamai). The hotel in on top of a hill allowing for amazing views out to sea from 2 well placed pools. We stayed here for about a week in January and it was just wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and attentive, even in the middle of the high season. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us book a tour to a nearby island. The fact that you're away from the beach is actually a plus - the... More

The hotel was gorgeous. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and brought us to their hillside location. The view was gorgeous from our room, the reception area, the pools, the breakfast room, etc. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They coordinated day activities and transportation. They had a shuttle on the hour to take you to their... More

I had a great time throughout my 5-day stay with my friends from the US. From the hilltop, the view was STUNNING. The room was nicely decorated (ours was the Deluxe Seaview), very clean and comfortable. Yes, it was a bit away from the beach front. The hotel provided the shuttle to the beach every hours though. They also have... More

We planned this far east trip to the endth degree of detail, Bangkok, Singapore, Phuket & Koh Samiu. This was the only hotel I was dubious about after reading the reviews, and I have to say it was fantastic. As with anything you get what you pay for, but pound for pound you will not get a better hotel on... More

The Bayview is a great idea if you're into peace and tranquility, along with some eye-candy views, Thai hospitality...and a little bit of home comfort. Staff here are excellent, they speak good english and understand their guest's needs well; most things are catered for and I found little to complain about during my short 2 night visit. I had a...
