The regular hotel. Good for a weekend. Clean and close to a tram station. Now, the receptionists, except one, didn't say good morning. There was one in particular, redhead, who made no effort to try to understand our French. He also saw us looking for the rooms, which were a little hidden, and not only didn't help us, but he saw us go back and forth without making the least effort to help us. Very unpleasant, really.

Small room for 3 with small bathroom. Own. Simple breakfast. Ideal for one night. Unguarded parking nearby. Very professional staff. Noisy hallways. Recommended for very short stays

Good reception, nice rooms, and wooooonderful breakfast ! Everything is really clean ! The staff is attentive. A wide variety of people stay there ! However, the hostel is quite far from the centre of Bordeaux (at least 30 mins of travel)

This hotel is below normal standards.
It says open for check in to 23.30. But no-one answered the door or phone after 23.00.
Had to call the housekeeper to get in.
The drains in the bathroom was emty making the smell from the sewer so bad it took hours before you could enter the room. And no other room to move to.
There is not even towels or soap at the room. Or to buy in reception!
Nothing on the walls.
Noice from an industrial building in the back every morning.

Smells more than doubtful in the bathrooms, no towels or soap planned that must be rented or bought without being explained to us what it is, warm water in the shower. Apart from a very low room Award, free parking and stable wifi, the experience turned out to be very bad

A modern and welcoming hostel for a family, impeccable cleanliness, modern furnishings... The shower that changes color depending on the number of liters of water consumed is either fun or very useful depending on the aspirations.

As for rooms and breakfast, nothing to say. On the other hand, if you want to rest, that is to say sleep, you should avoid it when there are groups of teenagers. We of Pentecost, young people who shouted, moved furniture until 1:30 a.m. without any facilitator or parent doing anything. At breakfast time, it was anarchy, no respect, rude and despite the words of the manager, the calm only lasted one night out of the 3!!! No compensation from Otellia. A priori, it's normal to let young people ruin our nights... I won't advertise it. Damage.

For the same price as for a mid-range hotel you have poorly insulated freezing rooms with a convector blocked on 19 which gives 17 degrees on average, no bath towel provided, no toilet paper, no cleaning carried out for 4 days, no toilet paper and unfriendly staff who made us wait 45 minutes before giving us the key to our room (arrived at 3:30 p.m.), reluctant to give blankets...
Not everything is negative: the bedding is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is correct, the decor is nice and there is parking.
We will avoid going back there.
