Now called Llety Brynawel, we stayed here for one night after winning a competition with Wild Trail bars at a festival in the summer. To be honest, I found it hard to tell from the website just how nice this would be, and I wonder whether it's had an upgrade in decor since I looked because we really didn't expect...

Renamed a while ago as the Llety Brynawel Bed and Breakfast, I have had the pleasure of staying here many times in the last 12 months because, simply, it sets the standards for what I expect from a B&B. There are 4 rooms and I usually take the largest at the front of the house - there have been recent...

Booked my daughter/partner and his family here. My daughters room Allowed dogs which enabled them to bring their small dog with them which is a definite plus. Rooms were beautifully furnished with plenty of room. Great facilities. They loved the comfortable beds and how quiet it was. Very happy with the selection of food for breakfast and loved the idea...

Stayed in the super kingsize room at Llety Brynawel. This is a lovely village with great scenery around it. Very comfortable bed (2 singles put together), good sized room and ensuite larger than average. Breakfast and dinner at their restaurant pub The Riverside is excellent. Our host Glynn made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous welcoming stay at Llety Brynawel. Lovely comfortable en-suite room, splendid breakfast at the Glan yr Afon, (Riverside Restaurant). We chose to eat at the restaurant both evenings as well. Couldn't fault anything, lovely ambiance, staff and plenty of choice on the set and a la carte menu. Really loved the owners' taste in the works of Welsh artists. Hopefully...

What an "Escape" this is - although Brynawel is the name....hosts Glyn & Corina provide a friendly relaxed service. Rooms are delightful and the food served in their restaurant just a couple of minutes walk away is truly excellent. Glyn cooks a mean breakfast! This was our 2nd visit and I am about to re-book!

Just spent a second visit at this very friendly, welcoming and comfortable house. The owners (Glynn and Corrine) could not be nicer if they tried, Glynn even remembered what car I drove on my last visit. We ate at their Riverside Restaurant and the food was delicious. I had steak which was ' melt in the mouth '. The whole...

I'm always a little nervous booking accommodation from the internet, but we were so pleased with our stay at Brynawel (the current - and more appropriate - name of this lovely B&B). We were in room TRI (Welsh for 'three'), which had a big, comfy bed that made for a very good night's sleep. Brynawel is a substantial old house,...
