The worse hotel you could ever go to! Dirty food! Do not eat there. Me and my girlfriend had a really bad food poison where we couldn't enjoy our holiday because of it. Members of staff try to rip us off and raise their prices, not many brits stay there it's full of German and European good luck with finding...

I visited this hotel this year in June, it was before the main season, so maybe it will be better in the high season. The worst thing on this hotel is the food, it was the same each day. Some meals which should be hot were cold, like meat, fries etc. On the beach there were a lot of trash...

So when I arrived I had no voucher. This PROFESSIONAL resort gave us a welcome drink, then the room and sorted...

Was this the Ritz Carlton? No. Is this the Italian Riviera? Nope. Are most people being really unfair when they write these aggressive and negative reviews? I think so. I think their expectations far exceed what a resort in a small suburb of Tunis, in a country that has seen a lot of recent hardship, can provide. At this resort...

The hotel in general is a failure . Service and the restaurant is one big mess. Dirty everywhere in the room mold and fungus on the walls . However, were the highlights of a good standard. Good animation , interesting pool and beach. The restaurant was too small for such a large number of people . Food was lying on...

We knew this hotel was going to be hell as soon as we arrived. We were taken up dark stairs followed by pitch black corridors with no lights to get to our room. The room itself was fairly good, although the upstairs bedroom would be unsafe for young children. The food was BEYOND poor, Breakfast consisted of a variety of...
