One night stay at this Bed & Breakfast owned by Paul & Arabella, a wonderful couple, excellent hosts. Lovely property perched on top of a hill. Ideal setting for relaxation and enjoying countryside Italy as well as visiting the nearby vineyards to taste their home grown Pinot Nero. Would definitely come back again.

My son and I stayed here for one night before setting off on a 6 day walk to Camogli. We were made extremely welcome by hosts Paul and Arabella, who provided superb food, fine wines and warm hospitality. Relaxing in their swimming pool was a great way to prepare for our walk, but the highlight was spotting a wild boar...

Entering the baeutifuk home of Arabella and Paul, we were made to feel like we were visiting family (the nice cousins, that is!) We were treated to a wonderful home-cooked meal, bursting with flavour and made with care and skill, and introduced to some great wine with much-appreciated friendly company. The house is spacious, calming and quiet. There was no...

We stayed here for 2 nights before embarking on a six day walk of the Salt route through the wine country and Ligurian Hills to the sea at Camogli. Paul and Arabella's hospitality was friendly and convivial. We had a wonderful welcome meal on our first night. All meals were al fresco, including breakfasts but it did get a little...

A friend and I had a wonderful few nights at the Villa Arabella, which is a unique venue in a charming área of the north Italian countryside. Paul and Arabella were very gracious about accommodating our needs. For example, we were late arriving into the local town for our pick-up and I needed gluten-free food, neither of which potential problems...

Staying with Paul and Arabella is liking going to visit friends. One earlier reviewer clearly felt uncomfortable with this and it probably isn't the right place if you want the anonymity of a hotel. On our first night in Italy we actually welcomed sitting down to dinner with our hosts and fellow guests - it was like a dinner party....

This day was the first of an 8 day walking sojourn through these hills to Camogli on the Coast and we were booked into Villa Arabella. We couldn't have had a better start to our trek. We caught a taxi from Voghera. The drive to Villa Arabella along narrow winding roads, through small quiet villages was an experience in itself....

My husband and I stayed at Villa Arabella this past July with another couple. Having read some really nice reviews, I was pretty confidant we'd have a nice stay. As it turns out, it was just so-so. First, the good. As others have said, Arabella is a very good cook. We enjoyed dinner with her and Paul at their home...

This is a beautiful property with the most amazing hosts. It was not a far drive from Malpensa airport for a first night stay after a long trip. We stayed 3 nights and had dinner there 1 night. The food was excellent. Paul took us to visit some of the best wine producers in the region and it was so...

Paul was so welcoming, the house is beautiful with breathtaking scenery all around and a lovely garden, and a very pretty comfortable food. We had delicious home cooked Italian food! Would recommend this place highly to anyone travelling in the area.
