I originally posted this under "Grand Summit Hotel" which is the old name for this place. I have stayed here several times - the latest being February 2015. I love Sugarloaf and I really like the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel which is about 10 years old. The Sugarloaf Inn is about 300 yards away and is an older (vintage 1965) hotel...

Stayed at the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel for our week stay of skiing. It is one of the best hotels to stay at for ski in/out accommodations. The lovely robes are great to wear when going to their huge hot tub. Everyone at the hotel were very accommodating. Kudos to the manager Scott for a well run hotel. Valet parking took...

This was our first time to Sugar Loaf Mountain Hotel. What a pleasant surprise that Valet Parking was included. Everyone was soooo friendly and exceeded our expectations with service starting at check in. Plus, they are able to print your lift tickets at the front desk which is part of the package. We had a nice room with a kitchen area...

This was our best family vacation ever! We all walked to the chairlift to ski every morning, walked our youngest daughter to ski school and walked to the many choices in the Village for dinner each night. It was wonderful to have everything we needed for skiing and fun in one place. Hotel was fabulous-staff were warm and wonderful and...

Convenience is king staying here. Wake up, head to the buffet breakfast and off to the lifts! Breakfast was good, would of liked the option to order off menu, but oh well... rooms were decent, nothing special, but nothing negative to say. Staff was super friendly and always more than helpful! Room stay also came with a pass for a...

Well I'll start with the positive. The rooms were clean, and obviously if you are there to take advantage of the mountain the locale to the lifts is amazing. The 45 North restaurant on premise is great especially considering how remote you are. The food is wonderful and the severs are too. The portions are a tad small though. Ok...

This is an awesome hotel with the best service going. We went up for Homecoming weekend and the room was great. Two queen sized beds with very comfortable beds, fridge and pretty good TV channel selections. Only thing we didn't like was the heat/cooling in the room. The controls are confusing.

Stayed one night with a play and stay deal. I understand this place is a ski resort but there were still crowds enjoying the golf, zip lines, Segway tours and the scenery. So why isn't there anything open? I walked around to all the shops trying to find a cup of coffee early one morning and had to go back...

We stayed for one week in mid-September. We had a double queen room with a kitchenette, table seating 4-6 and a small livingroom with a 32" television. This room can sleep 6 in close quarters with the sofa bed. We were the "Twilight" area. We enjoyed the $250K new hot tub (102F) and all the fringe benefits. There's a wonderful...

We stayed for the night before heading out early for a big hiking trip. The employees are genuinely nice, very attentive and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their jobs. Our room was cozy and elegant. We had a wonderful evening.
