A large group of us is staying at Fort Belan, not too far from the Bryn Mor Beach Hotel. We wish to dine together and enquiries are made at the restaurant. Ram and his wife explain that as she alone does the cooking they can only provide a buffet meal. The seventeen of us are easily accommodated in the restaurant,...

Many thanks for your detailed review and comments. It was a great experience for us all, great company and with our very basic, no frills infrastructure, we could give only one thing - working from our heart. Would always love to have you all back, although, we usually do not take on outsiders due to limited resources. Kindest regards to...

First things first, if you rate hotels, b&b's etc on luxury then maybe you wouldn't give it 5 stars.. However, if you rate a hotel, b&b on how welcome you were made to feel and how relaxed you were after your stay.. then you'd want to rate Bryn Mor well over 5 stars. Bryn Mor sticks out like a sore...

What an incredible place. Loved our stay here. It will be a place we will always remember. The owner, Ram, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. He was friendly and always ensured we were enjoying our stay. The food made by his wife was absolutely delicious. The breakfasts were top notch. The room was excellent. So...

Very warm freindly family, nothing is to much bother. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Only downside is rooms to hot.😌😌. Thank you for a lovely 3 nights stay, they are a hidden little jem of a place, don't be put off by outside. You get a real taste of Indian hospitality. Enjoy the ambiance and the relaxing time. After I completely messed up a cottage booking, leaving us stranded in North Wales on New Year's Eve, we found this hotel through one of the booking websites. The Bryn Mor Beach Hotel was our saviour, along with the two wonderful owners, of course. We enjoyed an excellent Indian meal (with great veggie options), a real fire, a dartboard, a...

We've just returned from a three night stay with our two Welsh Sheepdogs. Rams wife is away on holiday so the food wasn't as good as we would have liked. Poor Ram is wearing many hats but manages it wonderfully. He made us feel welcome and could not do enough to ensure our stay was pleasant. We had a fabulous...

Hi Emma Many thanks for your review. Taken note of your point - I am indeed really sorry in not being able to get the food to your total liking. I am going learn cooking the proper way, of course, have to try it on me first!! Best regards to both of you and the 2 lovely creatures (dogs!) Ram

The Mrs and I stayed here for three reasons. Closeness to the beach, driving distance to run up Mt. Snowdon and the fact it had an Indian restaurant. The host 'Ram' appeared to wear many hats, receptionist, barman, chef and cleaner. Ram was obviously under pressure, but was always a perfect host and gent for the two nights we stayed....

Dear Nigel Thank you ever so kindly for your review and your generous compliment. I know there are many milers to go before we could reach the destination - alas, I am turning 60 next week!! Bryn Mor Beach Hotel is a small, welcoming, unpretentious, family owned and run hotel with a restaurant available for guests only. Service is friendly and attentive and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The restaurant menu is not one of those that stretches over several pages (which you know means that the different staples are dunked in one of half...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located right across the breathtaking coastline of Snowdonia, our family run b&b and authentic Indian restaurant offers a place for everyone - couples, families and dog-owners - to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of life. We take the time and attentiveness to truly care for and look after our guests to the best of our abilities - between the three of us, that's a lot of ground to cover! Although we are a fairly small establishment we have had guests repeatedly visit us over the last 8 years of our ownership and these have developed into genuine friendships as well as a repeat client base. We have a total of nine en-suite rooms with a ramp outside for disabled access (and a disabled-equipped room), as well as a semi-detached flat for families and three caravans at the back of the property. There is also ample room for parking in the front and back areas. Recently refurbished, our bar is now also equipped with new games - foosball table, pool table, fruit machine, darts and quiz machine - for all to enjoy. On top of this, we offer very comprehensive deals on our drinks (from just £1.50 on selected beer/cider) as well as a variety of entertainment themed nights (ranging from karaoke to live music and we are also planning comedy nights). If this isn't your cup of tea, we also have Sky Sports for the big boys (and girls!) who love their sports - not to mention the many outdoor activities to do nearby, such as walking up Snowdon or Portmeirion, for the hopeless romantics. ... more   less
