The rooms are super clean and include bed and small ensuite bathroom with European style toilet. Breakfast is provided, this is delicious but basic and something akin to a buffet Flores style. There is a 10.00pm curfew and fair enough too, it is still a functioning convent. The loveliest part of staying here is listening to the joyous singing of...

Basic accommodation (twin 270k, double 300k) for the price you pay. It's clean and the shower is warm which is welcome. The breakfast is very basic; salted fried eggs; bread with marmalade; and coffee/tea. Other groups seemed to get fruit but as a couple we didn't. It is served at 6-7.30 (I would personally just leave Ruteng and move on...

We stay here one night before our journey to Wae Rebo on next day. Hotel room is spacious and the bed was ok, clean, good for short stay. Breakfast was basic served with fried rice, eggs and bread. Location wise we take 15-20mins walk to Market at Ruteng, drive around 5mins. Overall, it is recommended to stay if you come...

Located on a relatively quiet street just outside the central part of town. The building is off the street up a steep driveway with the front gates closed each evening at 9pm (don't worry, Ruteng isn't much of a party town anyway). As plenty of other reviewers have stated, the rooms are very clean and basic. Ours was quite tiny,...

it is a quiet place, it is a good hotel for a 1 night at Ruteng, the room is simple but confortable, a small batroom with hot shower, a simple breakfast the morning, it is enough for 1 night, on the way to Bajawa, a free closed parking for the car, no restaurant in the hotel, don't choose the restaurant...

I did not have a choice on my Flores Overland tour. So I had to stay at this simple hotel. Since this is a catholic mission, I had to follow strict rules there. The rooms are completely basic, everything was falling apart in the bathroom. Although the gate to this hotel was closing at 9pm, it was loud around the...

It's quite surprising to have the opportunity to stay in a convent, in Indonesia. The room is basic, but very clean. It's a convent not a hotel, thus all the nuns has their daily routine of prayers, not much interaction with the nuns. The weather is cold, thus no air cond even fan is needed. There might be mosquito but...

We stayed for one night in this monastery, and did not enjoy it very much. There are not many choices is Ruteng, and yes, this hotel is very clean and has an excellent shower. The rooms are okay, the bed sleeps well. There is however no interaction with monastery life, you will only see a sister at check in and...

Good price quality ratio, clean rooms, warm water, and the nuns are very kind. One of the best places to stay in Ruteng. Breakfast is simple but good. Nasi goreng, toast with jam, and thee of coffee. Just what you need for 1 or 2 nights. Can recommend this place.

We had a large family room. 100% clean, which is a luxury around, believe me. also bathroom was up to all perks a westerner hopes to find. Friendly reception. Basic but ample breakfast. Don't expect any luxury or extravagancies apart from the luxury of a clean and comfortable room, which was totally what we were looking for, including nice choir...
