The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and polite. The bedroom and bathroom however were tired and neglected. The door frame had gouges in it where it had been jimmied open, the carpet had vile stains all over it - shoes firmly on for the whole of the night. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls and...

Celebrated a family event with lunch in the private dining room. We had pre-lunch drinks on the sofas in the lounge area by the wood burning stove. The food was an excellent standard and the food portions were perfect. The proper beef pie went down well with the men. The beef was really succulent. I had lamb which was cooked...

This hotel is a bit of a curates egg. The food (dinner and full English breakfast) were very good. Service levels were excellent with charming and efficient staff on hand when needed without being intrusive. The public rooms are attractive but our room (Fladbury) was small and tired with the bathroom in particular in need of some urgent TLC. Perhaps...

An old building with eating areas in all sorts of places at all sorts of levels. Same menu whether eating in the bar or the more formal dining area. Very good menu with ample Daily Menu choice BUT how long does it take to produce a main course? We must have waited well in excess of 25 minutes. A table...

We booked through the EBay deal in which our winning bid was £ 22. For the Friday and Saturday night on the proviso that we spent £100 on food & drink over our stay in the hotel, we can only echo the excellent feedback that this deal has recieved on eBay . The staff were very helpful and their aprons...
