We were on a 2-week cycling holiday in Brittany and chose this hotel based on reviews by other cyclists saying how bike-friendly this way. They weren't wrong - this hotel is about 3 km out of the very pretty small town of Josselin, along the canal tow path. On arrival, it looks a bit "massive", but wow did we appreciate...

Searched on the internet for an hotel somewhere in this area, for an overnight journey break. Could not have done better as the Relais was quiet, comfortable, good parking, excellent food and very helpful and friendly owners, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them to ensure a good stay for their guests. Had an excellent room, with balcony...

I stayed in a beautiful room with balcony overlooking the canal. As usual the welcome is warm and very attentive. The facilities are excellent with the peace and quiet too. Very comfortable for my requirements, the bathroom is spacious and so is the room.

Stayed for two nights having "discovered" hotel on the internet. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts - good well priced evening meals, nothing too much trouble. A peaceful location. Centrally placed for Brittany and very close to the beautiful town Josselin (well worth a visit). What a find!

Found this hotel late at night after the restaurant had closed. Nice place. Our room has a view over the canal and is spacious. The water radiator makes an awful noise otherwise the room is perfect. Went down to a local bar restaurant for a pizza and had a great time so if you stay and the restaurant is closed...

We arrived back in the UK yesterday 24th May after spending a week in Morbihan in Brittany. We stayed at this hotel in Josselin and made it our base while we explored the area around. The hotel is family run by husband and wife team Jocelyne and Serge and daughter Aurelie. Jocelyne is on reception, Serge is the chef, and...

Spent 2 nights here and it's a quaint little place. Not fancy but clean. Was very hot this week and no air-conditioning or fans. No screens on windows and a few bugs came in. Simple French breakfast with croissants, coffee, juice and yogurt. Inn Keepers were friendly.

We opted for this hotel as we were travelling with a toddler and needed a larger room than was on offer in Josselin on the nights in question. After a few hours of driving, it turned out to be not as easy to find when coming off the motorway as I had initially thought, but when I called for directions...

We are cycling along the Brest Nantes canal and stayed here on a Sunday. Although it was very busy on arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. Our bikes were stored away and we were give a refreshing cold drink. Normally closed on a Sunday, the restaurant was opened especially for us and we had a well cooked reasonably...
